Thomas Doheny was 51 years old. He was taken to court 260 times in two years in order to pay 20,000 dollars a month for child support. The judge did not want to listen to his amendment to adjust his payment. Held him in contempt of court.

That piece-of-s~~~ judge is directly responsible for Thomas Doheny’s suicide, like a lot of other judges who incarcerated the other millions of “dead beat dads” who either killed themselves or died under a bridge of hunger and cold.

I had my child support adjusted retroactive to the date I took a better paying job. My child support went from $140 with a job that paid $8.50/per hour to CS of $875 a month for a job paying $32,000. I made $950 a month net at the time after taxes, insurance, pension and $140 CS, then add on another $735. I couldn’t afford to pay rent, which was $650 a month and I lost my apartment. I lived in a tent on the edge of town. F~~~ me I was teaching in a middle school, living in a tent. Goddammit this was the second time the c~~~ made me homeless f~~~ her ass to hell.

I laid out all my income and my expenses. I explained to the judge why I needed an adjustment. She told me because I moved out of state and did not have the kids during my parenting time, I had to pay the full amount. I lived 900 miles away, how could I meet my kids on my time? it didn’t matter that the c~~~ made $150,000 a year.
I lived in the tent for 5 months. until I took on a new teaching job.

We as men pay child support because the courts fail to give us our children over 50% of the time without an act of Congress. I knew a guy who had to fight for 2 years to get 100% custody of his daughter because his ex was diagnosed with bipolar and wouldn’t take meds. She was putting her child in direct harm, but it still took this guy 2 years to even get above 50%! They don’t care about the welfare of the child, it’s just a racquet for women to get money.

even if a guy earns a Million a month, I don’t see why should he pay 20K a month in child support, I belive child support should be reduced to what is necessary for the kids to have a normal life and not for spoiling pumpkins with cash.
Whatever extra the guy wants to give his children, it’s his decision, it doesn’t make sense to me, not only did he have to pay over the top child support, but also when he stopped earning that kind of money, they still demanded that amount.

If the guy was still married to his bitch, and he stopped earning that kind of cash? no wonder women like divorce so much, if you stay married to the guy, he may earn less in the future, the smartest thing to do financially is to leave him while he is at his prime and then f~~~ him for life, F~~~ THE COURTS, F~~~ HIS EX WIFE BITCH – ALL OF THOSE PEOPLE ARE MURDERERS !!!

I would never commit suicide and give my ex and the judge the satisfaction.

He could easily have moved countries and made a living. He seems like a capable and hard working guy.

I think what did him in was the four children. I think she was alienating the children against him and that this had gotten so bad that he knew that losing this court battle meant emotionally losing the kids forever.

He couldn’t make the court appointed payments and is a “deadbeat” dad.

Some men’s pride just can’t take it. Especially good men. Innocent men.
