So, the female family in my life are congratulating me on being in College and working 2 jobs, but they don’t like the fact that I’m only taking the classes I need for the career I’m in(I’m an EMT-B). I’ve already finished most of my EMS Degree but they want me to take Business courses and Accounting, stating that “I need to learn how the world works and to get a ‘Business’ sense to live the high life”, but I don’t care about that. I took this job and career because I wanted to make a difference to help those in need. Getting rich isn’t in my to-do list but I don’t care if it happens or not. All I care about is my job, and they are a little upset that after my last semester I’m going in the Coast Guard. Oh well, I guess I can’t do whatever I want to do right?

Look into continuing your education while on duty, you can easily complete your 4-yr RN and then look at an alternative graduate degree in health care. I have known and mentored many soldiers in furthering their military and post military civilian careers. Take advantage of the education benefits Uncle Sam can send your way. Between duty and academic classes you will be less likely to fall for the Fem trap that so many new recruits fall for.

As suggested before, keep focused and your eyes on the prize.

Who knows, you could very well quality to be a rescue swimmer, Air Force PJ or US Army 18D Special forces medic. Very, very bad hombres indeed.

I made OWN CHOICES, regarding my OWN CAREER, and success or failure is also only down to ME.

I did OK in the end, managed to retire very early, (despite being married for 2 decades to a leech).
My marriage caused me so much stress, i’m still surprised that I managed to put ANY money aside……I still had to petition myself BANKRUPT, once the marriage was finished.

Go YOUR OWN WAY, and kindly tell the females that they know nothing about working hard for a career. This is why they finish up with nothing, instead of cats!

Listen brother if there is something that I’ve learnt over the past few years it is that you never let others direct you, you never let people dictate your future, don’t you ever try to live someone else’s life.

Listen you might end up rich in the end when you do something that you love but you will never ever and I guarantee you, you will never be rich if you try to live their dream, their hopes, it doesn’t work like that.
