I believe there are two quotes from the French philosopher, Voltaire, whom would fit this situation.
The first quote is: “I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it.”
The second quote is: “Those who can make you believe absurdities can make you commit atrocities.”
It should be noted that Voltaire lived during the enlightenment, November 21 1694 to May 30 1778. The last few years of his life he saw the American Revolution happen. He died years before the French Revolution. He likely saw the signs of what was coming in the France which would lead to what is known as the French Revolution. But, by that time he was too old to do anything about it.
The reason I am talking about Voltaire is that who was a true believer of rights. Many rightly consider him a forefather of many human rights movements. It is likely that among those whom read his writings were the Founding Fathers of America (U.S.A.), the revolutionaries of South America (such as Simon Bolivar), and the leaders of the French Revolution (such as Maximilien Robespierre).
Voltaire believed that people should have the right to speak their opinions, but people do not have the right to hold absurd beliefs that would lead them to commit atrocities.
This is the lack of understanding was have today.
The reason for this lack of understanding is due to anti-Americans in the U.S. spending decades using the Rules of Radicals by Saul D Alinsky to lie with the intent of twisting beliefs to the point those believes behind destructive to native cultures.
The anti-Americans have muddled and demonize their way to powers. One such tool they employ is to falsely accuse their rival of what the accuser is guilty of. Such as anti-Americans pushing tyrannical polices they accuse their political rivals of supporting.
The modern Antifa is the embodiment of this perversion, where lies are consider the truth, and the truth are considered lies. The members of Antifa have been convinced to adopt all the tactics of fascism in the name of stopping fascism. They are fascists whom are so fanatics they refuse to accept their own fascism.
To this extent, Antifa considers the pro-American people whom are descendants of those that defeat the nazis to be Nazis to be eradicated. The Antifa’s hatred of the American population is the same as the nazis’ hatred of the jews. And if Antifa is allowed to continued their agenda of hate they will eventually seek to commit genocide against the American people.
The proof for this can be found in Antifa’s actions. They are damaging any American statues they can find. Antifa attacks anyone they view is a nazi, whom is anyone that is not a completely loyal member of Antifa. Antifa will attack their own supporters for not being completely loyal to their actions.
These older generations of political opportunists do not understand the monstrous organization they are helping to create and empower. Antifa are not going to shake down a few people and quietly walk away counting their ill gained money. No. Antifa would prefer to burn down and destroy everything they do not like and kill everyone whom disagrees with them.
Antifa is already starting to attack their supporters. It is likely if the American people can keep calm and play the situation intelligently, Antifa members will grow impatient and they will start to attack more of their supporters until the Antifa members will start attack members of the political and media industries.
