Yes there are no natural rights except to be alive until you are dead and unless you kill yourself, you have no choosing over when that happens either. If someone kills you its not an infringement of your rights, it someone steals from you it is not an infringement of your rights.

What the liberals call rights are just privileges afforded by the government of a society. They are a lot more variable than most people think.
