The mythical so-called “wage gap” has always been a laughably easily debunkable lie. It doesn’t even make sense. Moreover feminists have always known it’s a lie.

That doesn’t matter.

The lie benefits them, and women have no problem with telling lies that benefit them.

This is an issue that I feel passionate about. I cringe whenever political pundits (such as Rachel Maddow—who went to graduate school and is highly educated) and politicians say that women make less money than men for the same job or they make “77 cents on the dollar” compared to men. This is complete IGNORANCE! The original data used for this propaganda was from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. They used AGGREGATE DATA to compare full time workers of both sexes. What that means is: a woman working 37 hours a week was considered a full time worker as well as a man who worked 40 hours a week. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out why the 40 hour a week employee makes more money for the same goddamn job!

MEN ARE MORE LIKELY TO WORK LONGER HOURS WHILE WOMEN ARE MORE LIKELY TO LEAVE WORK EARLY TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR CHILDREN.

Why the hell is this concept so hard for the average person to understand? We’re dealing with elementary school level statistics here. No employer—who’s serious about maintaining a profitable business—is willing to pay an employee for a few hours of NOT BEING AT WORK so that person can feel equal to those that are putting in a full day! That’s what “equal pay” for women would look like if the idiot politicians and their constituents had their way! And I’ll bet you that many female entrepreneurs/CEOs will resent it.
