Looking to start a discussion on this topic!

I’ve had my share of women co-workers, leads, and bosses. Some of them have truly been a pleasure to work with. At this particular juncture of my career I’ve found that many women in the upper levels of management are concerned with what I call the 3 “P”‘s, which are Power, Prestige, and Pay! There should be another P that they should be most concerned about which is SOLVING WORKPLACE “PROBLEMS”

By personal observations, these type of self serving women come in with extreme sense of entitlement and prejudice against males in the work-center! They feel no shame about wasting the majority of the day on social f~~~in hour, sipping their f~~~in lattes and talking about other useless s~~~ like nails, outfits, family drama and so much useless brainless s~~~ to drive you nuts!

These particular type of women counterparts has seemed to grow under this outgoing president and their push for the ultimate Feminazi known as Hitlary Clinton, I’m so glad this bitch DID NOT get elected or it would have created the worst hell for us men in these situations and work-centers!

I’ve had to document over a year of instances and violations of Bullying from a work lead who felt she had extreme authority to micromanage me and my work processes- Ultimately this worked and I have some peace and autonomy! She moved onto other targets and now I have to help them!

THOUGHTS ON THESE TYPES AND CURES TO STOP THEM???

I have noticed at work that the younger females come into the office and are fast tracked to be supervisors. They are free to criticise the working practices of older guys who know the job inside out. They like to point out the mistakes of others but get severly triggered when they are called out on their mistakes. Its always someone else’s fault if they f~~~ up. They seem to have the ear of the (Female) management and can do no wrong. The guys have to carefully considder what they say now as everything is reported back. One utter bitch I work with is always on my case, She is always trying to portray me as inefficient, (even though her work is garbage). She called me out for not announcing I was using up some holiday this month, while forgetting she had a year off on Maternity leave and I had to cover her work. She is not my supervisor but acts like she is.

I can’t wait to retire from this endless pressure. I can only see it getting worse. She is obviously being groomed for supervisory role and I woulds quit if she became my boss.

    Greg,

Unfortunately, our situations are similar and will not resolve, Our choices are to either deal with it, report it, or move elsewhere. I have vowed that no one, especially a woman will drive me from a job, situation, purchase etc.. I will decide these things on my terms and no one else.

Type in workplace psychopath in Wikipedia and voila defines it to a T

They haven’t played organized sports with men on a fair playing field.

They cannot lead because they have never played the game and because of that they haven’t learned how to lead men.

It is like a spectator thinking how easy it looks. Anyone can do it given the chance.

Out society seriously underestimates the value of an organized sporting event. It is a training ground of teamwork. It creates leaders. And men that can follow a leader.

In my job I’m the boss …. sort of. The buck stop with me and so does the legal action.

I’ve had several women come work in my office. 70% have some form of issue from emotional, temperament, attitude or aggression.

I’ve now had to give my male coworkers a big long spiel about office tranquillity just so I can do it for real with the females.

Even if they were the boss …. they would still need ‘firm guidance’ to stop their attitudes destroying s~~~.

    .

Same deal where I work. My saving grace is that I have a purple pill director between me and the division exec female, or I would have been departed a while ago.

What can you do? Never directly confront the female in the workplace. Never. If you must, do it indirectly or use a senior male as a proxy.

I messed up on that one, but again as luck would have it, all the alpha male execs had my back because my department is a key part of the company’s plan going forward into 2017. Make no mistake, I’m still expendible (we all are, if working for someone else), but the timing would really suck for the company if they gave me the boot right now.

What else? Align yourself with the senior alpha males or (better yet, if any are present) closet Red Pill men. They can be a good proxy to battle or parry the lesser females in he office. If your CEO or COO is female, tread very lightly and keep your LinkedIn profile ever fresh.

Another tactic I use is being sympatico with women in the office past The Wall, especially if they’re unavailable (e.g. married, boyfriend or girlfriend, have more cats than thumbs, etc.). They can be great proxies to battle or parry the millennial females who can really fcuk you over if you’re not paying attention.

I’m planning on leaving next year for a startup run by men. Even if I have to take a pay cut. It’s worth the reduction in drama. Plus playing spy games every single fcuking day is tiresome.

I was at a start-up a few years back amd another earlier in my career and it was much better. While the CEO and COO still got hard-ons over the millenial females, they never mixed business with pu$$y. Zero female B.S. Where I am now it’s one assanine decision after another.

The best was when I ran my own business. Income was a fraction of what I’m making now, but I was free in choosing who I worked with.
