Psychology and sociology are largely a mixture of opinion and pseudo-science, and should be grouped with phrenology, iridology, and astrology.

Additionally, what little good they are, is nullified by how politicized they are becoming.

Saw a TED talk buy a guy who studied psychopaths… there was a guy who tried to get out of a 5-year prison sentence by faking mental illness and ended up getting 12-year nightmare in a mental hospital despite eventually cracking and trying to convince people he was “sane”. (Apparently it is easier to convince people you are insane, than to convince them that you aren’t.) For example, the guy did a lot of reading, and read a factual story about the military training bumblebees to sniff out explosives, and the guy evaluating him at the mental hospital used it as an example of his “mental illness”.

Common people in ALL societies (plantations) are free-range slaves, and psychiatry is just another plantation-management tool. Cops with truncheons, public schools that cripple critical thinking, mass media that spread lies & propaganda are other tools.

Psychiatry was used in the USSR to imprison dissidents. (if you are opposed to the great glorious communist state, then you MUST be mentally ill, LOL). Psychiatry is just another tool by a bulls~~~ system, to force people into line or destroy people who have woken up and realized that (despite Fichte-based education systems), snow is NOT black.

Also, I’d rather take orders from someone like Ghengis Khan or Erik the Red than some upside-down limp-phallus-symbol-wearing beta male c~~~ that possesses only dogma and no useful skills.

In a link from the same article. Apparently eating meat causes toxic masculinity, but eating a vegan diet promotes white masculinity.

Once upon a time when psychology had some credibility it was a field dominated by men. Since then its been taken over by women and homosexuals.

Well 3 of those things women are drawn to… cause well… derp. (Example pro sports players) And the last is one that isnt that common anymore as it pertains to self control.

A combination of the 4 is good for character. Dominance and aggression which historically led to men being in charge or surviving.

Competition…. that’s resource collection and still happens on a wide scale.

Stoicism….. now that’s an interesting one. Not entirely sure I see where that is bad even by itself. Unless I haven’t been using the same definition as the people that wrote the article. Isnt is just a lack of emotional displays… hell get rid of that and men become emotional wrecks like women.

If stoicism is used to keep the dominance and aggression in check as applicable, the traits all balance each other out.

Guess it’s just more trash by the APA. But from an institution in the soft sciences run by women…. what can one really expect. Some of the comments are pure gold though.

I walk around saying and doing what I want and often it can be “sexist” although I know its just reality. While women seem to say they hate it, I get smiles and winks from women when I do it.
