When a woman hits 30, sometimes 35, she will hit “The Wall”. This is the point in her life where her looks, especially her un-painted face, take such a turn for the worse, that most normal men stop hitting on her when they’re sober. Her skin loses its glow. Muscle tone is reduced. Wrinkles can be found around her eyes and mouth. Grey hair emerges from her head. She will complain of illness and back pain more and more often.

This is good. It’s Mother Nature’s way of warning you, the male, that your seed is better spent elsewhere. Pregnancies after age 35 are referred to as “Advanced Maternal Age” and carry greatly increased risks to both the mother, and the child. Miscarriage risk increases. Down Syndrome risk skyrockets. Chances of the mother herself not making it to the child’s 18th birthday double, from less than 1% to 2%.

The problem is, many times their hitting The Wall is so sudden it’s not obvious until it hits. I dated a girl who was 32 that easily could have passed for 25. Killer athletic physique, long flowing waves of soft black hair. Hard 7, soft 8. Fast forward just two years later and she was a wreck. Deep wrinkles in the nasolabial folds (sides of mouth). Severe atrophy in the arms and loose skin in the chest and arms that came out of nowhere. Grey hair that popped up so quickly she couldn’t color it fast enough. And the repeated dye treatments messed up the good hair, making it dry and brittle. Constant complaints about shoulder and neck pain. Deep, sunken eyes that looked tired and dull. Even her laughter, the music of which I used to adore, became hoarse and deep like an evil giant’s from Jack and the Beanstalk.

She worked out quite a bit the whole time we dated, but it just wasn’t enough to stave off Father Time. Even if she had become suddenly wealthy, got a dietician, personal trainer and chef: it just would have slowed her aging, not reversed it (lifting can reverse some aging- just not in the face!)

I had dropped my other three plates to LTR this girl, and now was left holding The Cryptkeeper. We broke up, but it was like putting down a sick dog- I had grown attached, and didn’t want to let go, but had to. If we had met at 19, married at 25 and she’d given me three beautiful children I would have looked the other way, found a way to suck it up and fulfill my duty. But there was no kindness to return to a woman who had squandered the vast majority of her beauty on others.

The lesson I learned is: no matter how good they look, don’t commit to a woman over 30. The timebomb is there, you just can’t always see it. Their SMV is dying. Their eggs are dying. Mother Nature can’t warn you until it’s too late, so plan ahead.

When I think about women of the past, those of my 20’s and 30’s I never feel bad even for a second no matter how much I feel to have been wronged in any of those relationships, for I know most of them are in their 40’s now and busted up. Kids, time, weight, sun, smoking… They are all dogs now. In my 40’s and in exceptional shape I can still attract women in their 20’s. Women my age feel like mothers to me, and many of them are, so I am going to pass on that s~~~. I saw an ex of mine recently. When we dated she was 5’5″ 120lbs. Just 10 years later and still in her mid 30’s she is cramming her fat feet into high heels and pressing down on them with about 200lbs of lady force. The only thing that comes to mind now when I think about her is “Oh, those poor little feet”.

When I went to my 30th high school reunion, I witnessed the Wall in all of it’s glory. There were maybe 1% of the females who actually aged well.

I do have one ex from my 20s who dumped me for a Chad. Chad is now a serious raging alcoholic/pill head. She withstood the Wall pretty well until the past 18 months when Chad really began to run himself off the rail. Her aging has vastly accelerated just like in BM’s example. Chad is not looking too good these days himself either.

If she played her cards right in her prime (Found good blue pill husband and stayed loyal to him giving him kids, support etc) There would be a high likelihood that Man (Gina) will return the favour by turning a blind eye to her aging body & Even support her for the rest of her life (trading 10-15 years of prime for 40-50 years of providing still a s~~~ deal).

I have been on the receiving end of MUCH grief from women I know over the years, because as I got older… for the most part, the women stayed the same age.

The grief started when I was 31 and suddenly I was dating 18 and 19 year olds – who would never have dated me when I was 19. Before 25 I had girlfriends, but my options really only STARTED opening up after 30.

That’s when I walked into a theatre with an 18 year old on my arm and, my female peers were WELL aware of the shift they noticed taking place.

“OMG what could you POSSIBLY have in common with her??!!”.

These are the same bitches that drooled and doted over older men, as I wondered when the f~~~ it was ever going to be MY turn. And then “my turn” came, and they were not happy about it.

I would continue by explaining if I meet a woman MAX 32 today:

• +1 year before the wedding so we have developed a solid history by now and no wedding will even take place until I am SURE she would be a suitable mother.
• +3 years At least to enjoy a “happy marriage” as a couple getting established as such before I would even THINK having our first kid.

… and by now… she’s 40.

Oh man, I took my son to play with my ex’s son about 2 months ago (I had a thread about it a while back, everyone told me that it was a bad idea but it ended up being no problem).

I hadn’t seen her since her and I broke up at the end of November 2015.

She looked a bit thinner which she was probably proud of since she was quickly hitting the wall while her and I were together. While we were together, she was quickly gaining weight.

On the day of our boys’ play date, I noticed that her arms, while thinner, looked kind of ‘skinny fat’ if that makes sense. Her ass looked weird because she lost weight but had no muscle under that fat. She used to have a grade A ass too. Her face looked a bit sunken in. Her jowls were more pronounced and her skin was looking leathery (her face was already headed that way when we were together).

Before we got our boys together to play, I was afraid that I would have some feelings pop up for her or still be sexually attracted to her.

I’m glad to say that The Wall saved me. Stick a fork in her, she is done. Well done. Any guy that shacks up with her is a sadist. Not only was she a dead lay, she had a dead end career and was mean as f~~~. She also was the type that would divorce rape the f~~~ out of someone. You have to be into pain if you want to be with her.

I will always say that I am thankful that I was with her. I discovered MGTOW because of her and I came out relatively unscathed beside the money I wasted on her.

Meanwhile, after an adjustment period, I am flying high. never felt so good about myself. Have younger women lining up to be with me.

Lesson: life is a marathon, not a sprint. Once a women’s appearance declines, 99% of them have nothing left. No value.

My ex was smoking hot when I met her in our early 30’s. When I look at her now I barely recognize her. Land whale, leathery skin from tanning too much in her 20’s, bad hair, and in bitch mode 24/7. But God forbid she would ever look happy, it doesn’t play well with the martyr story about how rough life is.

I looked in all of my pockets of every pair of pants and coats I have. Couldn’t find a f~~~ to give……

Same here. Met my ex when she was 30. A good solid 7-8/10. Was a 8-9/10 in her youth. Nice bubbly personality. Dated for about 3 years, got married, done in 2. Now she is a bitter post-wall gremlin. I got the “I have fallen out of love too”…plus whole lot of other nonsense.

I am flying high as well. Took me almost 1.5 years to get things settled and rebuild my life; almost a long as the marriage. Women are lining up by the bucket full. Oil change girlfriends. No f~~~s to give.

That is women thinking that they can change their asshole boyfriends. I agree, she is half mexican too so she is in for a massive uphill battle. Especially since she doesn’t workout at all. She always did things the easy way, cutting corners along the way. I can’t stand that in women. I’ve known very few that didn’t take the easy route in life.

I never knew there was a term for it until I found this forum, always knew the wall existed though. Know some women to age somewhat gracefully in their 30s, others hit the wall HARD. Like running into someone after not seeing them for a few years, and they’re almost unrecognizable, like they ran into a wall, multiple times. lol And requiring A LOT of cakeup to make their face even seem reasonable.
