The wage gap is part of an international movement to remove men from all positions of power. Political power, religious power, police power, work power, occupy all positions of supervision.

They all chalk up all these things as being reasons for the wage gap.

No wage gap , women don’t put as much effort or time in so , with kids always leaving early they are a liability in the work place , there job is too look after kids so you can only do one job.

Men and women are paid identically where I work. I can do everything, not so much the women. Who is getting paid a disproportionate amount?

you can pay a woman equally, but you will not get equal work from her. What you will get is a demonstration of the ‘performance gap’. No matter how ‘equally’ you treat them, they will still demand chivalry in addition to the equality they’ve already received, and this will be clearly evident in the difference in performance relative to pay that will manifest as soon as pay is equalized.

I negotiated my salary and made 1000 more than my base wage because other hospitals were paying 2K a month more. So to retain me at UCLA they paid me the extra thousand a month.

The entire remaining doctors in the Dept did not negotiate their salary and made 1K per month less than me.

They hated me for it. At the first chance, after 10 years of working they just took away my money. They took away some extra work I was the supervisor of and cut my salary without discussion. I wanted to stay there so I never complained.

Women would rather everyone gets nothing because they get nothing. It’s all about money and power. Feminists have it and now the mrm is making serious strides toward gaining traction in the war the feminists have made against men.
