It’s all about the urine. When you swim, you’re in urine (pun intended, sue me).

That’s why I wear goggles. They also help me see under water.
I swim 6 miles a week.
"I asked you a question. I didn't ask you to repeat what the voices in you head are telling you" ~ Me. ........Yes I'm still angry.
I used to get that red eye and the cough too. Ick! I love swimming, but public pools are out from now on.

I can’t stand the amount of chlorine they put in pools in US. My sensitive skin goes dry and I get rashes. After going to a gym I would get sneezing fits, although I am not allergic to anything. This is too bad because I love swimming. But I don’t like swimming laps. I like swimming across lakes. I can do it for hours. But I have to do this after 8pm when lifeguards leave – because in a “free country” you are not allowed to swim past the buoys – which is a ridiculous rule.

Haven’t been in a public pool in years, with the exception of hotels and the odd resort.
Doesn’t look like that’s going to change either.
Swimming pools are a health hazard what with the p~~~, the chlorine and all those 300 pound whales floating about.

Anonymous42HA HA HA, LOL! Albert has photo of the YEAR! I think I saw her on the beach today, It must have been her, You couldn’t miss her! Fresh water wales are “NOT” related to salt~~~er whales.
This is awesome.
Being the generally lazy son of a bitch that I am, this maximizes yet another step in efficiency.
I don’t even have to swim anymore; I can just sit and p~~~ all over myself.
It was last October and I was looking at the forecast and realized that a few gorgeous days were ahead. Any later and it was clouds, cold, and inevitably winter. Last precious epic days of Fall, all the colours in full effect, now or never. Destination was Halliburton Forest, Ontario Canada.
So off I went.
Enjoyed the colours.
Enjoyed the heat of the fire.
Enjoyed the View.
As I floated in the darkness.
In the middle of the lake.
In the middle of the night.

Not sure why the link broke. Hope this one persists. You get the idea:

Great picture Albert. Just started swimming again after a few years off and forgotten how much I missed it. Goggles are essential and swim with your mouth closed it helps keep the p~~~ water out.
