I can just see him jumping and her going after him …… NOT.

I know this sounds terrible …. but he could have found a new ….. less insane girlfriend …. or just gone mgtow.

    In conclusion:

Don’t marry, live with or jump overboard for …… wo-men.

There are plenty more fish in the sea …… pun intended

That’s what those life preservers are for. They have them in every cabin. He had to know that, since they put them on at least once for the mandatory lifeboat drill.

I realize it is too late to tell the man this, but if he really wanted to save her, then he would have thrown her one and alerted the crew that there was a “person overboard.”

Maybe the man was suicidal too. She was.

What struck me was the fact that she was 26, and already had “broken marriages behind her”

Recipe for disaster… The first red flag strike should have stopped him….

Both on second marriage 70% failure rate and….       Strike 1

She’s a big fatty with depression  and ….         Strike 2

She jumped off the boat ….              Strike 3

He could have been off the hook, did he know about the camera?

Why did he go after her, her body composition would make her float better, and she has ample insulation, surely being in his field he would have been aware of this.

Because in order to be able to think, you have to risk being offensive.

Oh my…such a sad story. Women can – and do – literally suck the life out of a man.

While a man has to hope for “her” happiness, as she leaves him for another, a woman is also always allowed to drag “him” down to hell, with her, should she be at death’s door.

Have there ever been a woman saying, “his happiness was the most important to me”, you only hear that a man has to sacrifice himself for a woman’s “happiness”.

I can just see him jumping and her going after him …… NOT.

I can see the same thing. If the roles were reversed this would be the probable outcome/reasons:

    a) the guy would not go out to seek attention, he would have gone out to KILL HIMSELF.

    b) Even though HE would be the one dead and alone at the deeps of the sea, SHE, not only would NOT go after him no matter what, but would still be considered VICTIM of HIS SELFISH ACT.

So, sorry, but she has no sympathy for me. I feel a little bit sorry for the guy though, he should have gone mgtow.

I first started reading the story imagining them braving the elements on a 30 or 40 foot sail boat out there where it should not have been. I’m then stunned they are nothing but buffoons on a cruise ship. Stupid beyond words. They both deserved death unless they died in a drunken slip accidentally throwing them over the rails.

I’d like to officially recommend the woman as a nominee for the darwin awards, its a shame that her stupidity killed more than just herself….

And the moral of the story is:
Never try to save a damsel in distress, they’re un-saveable, and the distress is almost always self inflicted.
