I remember when I was a kid and political correctness started to take form. Feminists were complaining about words like policeman, fireman, manhole, etc. Back then I thought it was childish and stupid and it only got worse. It wasn’t enough that people used the terms policewoman, firewoman, (women never went into the sewer so who knows what happened with manhole), etc. We had to use gender neutral terms like police officer, firefighter, etc. Then the disabled got on board. you couldn’t say handicapped, mentally retarded, midget (this one went back and forth for a while), etc. Everything snowballed after that. When political correctness started, it went to far. It started too far. lol

Basically our society has sent the message that you can indulge in any delusion you want and if anyone calls you out on it you can claim persecution and victim status.

I saw this on Facebook today.
It annoyed me. A woman posts the following.
“I am a Bisexual Panromantic asexual repulsed maybe?? I am not physically attracted or sexually attracted and I hate sex full stop.”

Ignore the illogical sentence structure a second and look at what she is saying. I don’t know what Panromantic means (which I am sure is very old fashioned of me) but I am, no doubt, meant to applaud and support this.

I honestly hate this “There is no such thing as Gender” bulls~~~.
I really do.
