So, I just had this thought that MGTOW could be considered illegal. The reason is because of the economic influence of MGTOW and the supremacy clause. The clause states that interstate economics are the sole jurisdiction of the Federal Government. It also has the Sherman Antitrust Act, that there can be no conspiracy against trade. Since MGTOW would be a huge economic advantage for men, and the government panders to women, that could spell trouble for MGTOW.

It may be judged as passing the test for the conspiracy. Now one might be tempted to state that due process would guarantee protection, but since that requires honesty on the judge’s part, and that states or the Federal Government may make laws based on the needs or some valid purpose (for example, a racist law may be OK if it’s for a good enough reason), that might not matter at all. All someone has to do is say, “think of the children!” and suddenly the the government enacts financial conscription.

Of course, that could be just my paranoid view but unfortunately I find that people have proven themselves more crazier than I ever first imagined. So, at this point I notice just about anything could be true and I take discipline to force myself to see the possibilities of dishonesty or craziness.

    The Supremacy Clause is this,

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the constitution or laws of any state to the contrary notwithstanding.

    The Sherman Antitrust Act:

    Section 1:

“Every contract, combination in the form of trust or otherwise, or conspiracy, in restraint of trade or commerce among the several States, or with foreign nations, is declared to be illegal.”

    Section 2:

“Every person who shall monopolize, or attempt to monopolize, or combine or conspire with any other person or persons, to monopolize any part of the trade or commerce among the several States, or with foreign nations, shall be deemed guilty of a felony [. . . ]

The behavior of men will certainly influence trade across states. Being a philosophy to inspire governance of our behavior, MGTOW certainly will create influence on trade. If I’m right as distrustful our law may be, or our enforcement may be, then we’re sure to face trouble.

No, I have to say that I’m right there with you. I’m constantly amazed at what the states and the feds pass in order to make themselves more powerful and strip any power from the citizens of the nation.

MGTOW has not struck me as an economic threat.

True, some guys decide to withdraw – withdraw from women, withdraw from “the market”, withdraw from being treated as a commodity in all aspects of their life. I understand that, and think often about doing it myself. But it’s not the only way to go your own way, obviously.

The system is a game.  Those in power know it. The system can be played. MGTOW can play with very little risk. That’s a huge advantage.

Start a business. Buy some land. Invent a new technology. Teach what you have experienced and learned. Volunteer and help those who need it. Most importantly, look after yourself.

MGTOW will do as we have always done and make the world a better place, without even trying. There is no conspiracy here.

The idea that we’re a conspiracy can be easily levied if a court needs to find it. There was a court case a while ago that states that it affects interstate trade when farmers eat their own crops so they have to pay taxes on it. The reason why is that because it affects prices. You don’t buy food so prices go down. That’s just retarded.

It’s not like we’ve formed an organization or anything. There’s no ‘there’ there.

Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?

It doesn’t matter. They’ll just say we conspired.

It doesn’t matter. They’ll just say we conspired.

Now that may be true but then they can’t just do that without any argument whatsoever. So on an argument level of things we could say that if they condemn our way of philosophy or better still our patterns of thinking which actually we are conducting on the basis of our free will and free speech then what would that say about a jurisdiction which tries to undermine free will or worse free speech. The horror, I’d say…

I mean, equally most if not (nearly) all of us within this community have realized, that even the over rated matter of love itself or especially of women finding a (temporary) partner hardly seem to be based any more on female “free will” but nowadays rather on an ever more increasingly restricted level of arbitrary and yet calculated selection on their part, whilst being fully aware and focused of their own pursued short term and/or long term benefits nearly at all times within that process.

And after all this is the very “game” as we call it, that we’re simply sick and tired of willing to play any longer, which at the end of the day is the very core essence of our awareness…

I'd rather die a natual death with a clear MGTOW conscience somewhere off the grid than one within "modern" civilisation with a big stress mark on my forehead and a couple of dozen tubes plugged into my body. Back to the plantation..? Me..? Hey, literally: I won't ever fucking kid myself...YZERLMNTSIC

Not to worry. Everything about MGTOW is Constitutionally-protected speech under the First Amendment. It is right to be wary, but even as screwed-up as the political system is, there is nothing Feminazis and their allies can do. Refusing involvement with anyone on a private level is completely legal. Only when commerce is involved does it become dicey.

The Trans Pacific Partnership that give the president more powers, committees the power to create new international trade treaties, it lowers the value of the dollar, the president can impose tariffs and sanctions on other countries, not just this president but other presidents, The house barely killed it down, the prez and many republican RHINOs and democrats were for it, clearly showing the two sides of the same coin.  I could go on if you like?  Its coming back as fast track to the upper chamber

The president has too much power. He’s insane.
