Everyone is all worked up about this like it was homocide. They feel the sentence was too light. I keep my mouth shut except here.

    1. Sex offender registry is a life sentence. Good luck getting a job or finding a place to live.

    2. If there are no stds or pregnancies it seems to me the damage isn’t permanent. Even unconsentual, it was just sex. There were guys before and there will be guys after.

    3. It’s not her fault… but maybe you don’t drink until you pass out. Women are not men. Men probably should not do it either. But they’re vulnerable. If you walk in the street and get hit by a car, it may be the car drivers fault but you’re still the one hurt.

    4. His dad should exercise his right to remain silent.

I’m not defending him. I’m saying people are clamoring that the penalty is not harsh but I say it is. He’s now a prisoner with no cell and in the internet age it’s a life sentence.

Yeah, I hear you there. But I think the problem with the sentence is the fact that he’s getting all the benefit of the doubt. I’m no SJW but despite all the other stuff he’s only getting 6 months. 3 with good behaviour. If he weren’t rich and/or white, how long do you think his sentence would be? For starters, this one black kid who was 16 or 17 got FALSELY accused of rape and he served 5 years or so, and only got released because his accuser admitted she lied. Then there’s this one white kid who was also 16 or 17, he’s not rich and he’s facing several years behind bars because he f~~~ed this girl who lied about her age, saying she was 16 even though it turned out she was 14. She’s even testified on his behalf, but he’s still probably going away for a long time. Now this 20 year old rich guy raped a woman and he’s only getting 3-6 months? Doesn’t exactly seem fair, does it? Don’t forget, all the other people who have raped or been falsely accused of rape have the same issues facing them for life as this guy, but they didn’t only get 6 months in jail.

Women get light sentences for rape. One woman got 9 months for raping a man while he was sleeping. Did people go ape s~~~ over it? Of course not.

A 28-year-old woman who plead guilty to breaking into a Seattle man’s apartment and raping him in his sleep will serve nine months in jail.

    What cologne was he using?

I feel sorry for the dumb kid, and that’s what they both are, really: DUMB. The real enemy here is getting so drunk they’re absolutely wasted and unable to clearly think or act. Feminists are all upset that he’s not put away for 5-10 years. I’d say the punishment is harsh enough and there should be some leniency. He will be a sex registrant for life–FOR LIFE! My gosh that alone is enough to get you assigned to working in kitchens for the rest of your life. Good luck with him getting back into Stanford, or any other decent school for that matter. He can forget swimming forever now unless it’s in his rich family’s backyard pool. And then there’s the shame of it all.

Feminazis are upset the woman has to bear some consequences. But the problem is that a woman’s lack of consequences comes at the man’s undue expense. I emphasize the “undue” part. They should both have to take some sort of class in responsible drinking or attend AA meetings. Because it’s obvious both them can’t control themselves. She even admitted she drank too much. Alcohol is a much bigger enemy.

I hate this argument of, “You are blaming the victim”. Well it’s a valid point to ask how much is the victim to blame, really, in any given situation like this. Often there is some blame the woman should bear in these situations. There should be laws recognize that often the woman does indeed bear some measure of responsibility for what happened and she should have known better. Should he suffer indefinitely and unending for what he did regardless of how bad it was? If it was his tenth rape and very brutal, maybe; but for the first time? That’s overly and questionably harsh and the punishment doesn’t fit the crime. It doesn’t mean that what happened–rape–should have happened and the guy should have known better, as well; but again he’s so plastered he can’t do anything right. And neither can she. That’s why the bigger enemy is alcohol, here.

Whoever this chick is she will go on with life and have more boyfriends and lovers and good times aplenty. He will not. I’d say there is also room for holding a university somewhat responsible for these situations and an atmosphere like this to develop so that rapes occur. A 250K fine for universities that allow these things to develop is good I’d say. Larger fines for universities where this happens. Maybe there should be university chaperons at university group parties to prevent rape.

This reminds me of Bill Burr’s point that once the fire is out, the fire department doesn’t say, “OK let’s go home.” They investigate the cause.

    What led up to it?

All the details on BOTH sides.

    How can this be prevented?

It’s like Tom Leykis’s point, “It is perfectly legal to park your expensive car with the engine running and the doors unlocked in the liquor store parking lot in the bad side of town.” “There is NOTHING that says you can’t do that.”

"It seems like there's times a body gets struck down so low, there ain't a power on earth that can ever bring him up again. Seems like something inside dies so he don't even want to get up again. But he does."

While I’m hesitant to provide a link to AVfM, there is a great deal about the Turner case which the MSM is studiously ignoring. Here’s the link:

A scrape on campus: holes in the Stanford rape conviction

Keep in mind, the text being examined in the victim’s own impact statement.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the conviction is overturned on appeal.

I was just over relatives where TV still lives. CNN (C~~~ Nazi Network) had three women (in those screen boxes) Harping and f~~~ing carrying on for at least 30 f~~~ing minutes about the Stanford case, you would have thought it was mass murder!

Of course the commercials emasculated men and pampered women.

It’s f~~~ing sickening seeing feminist c~~~ juice splashed all over the f~~~ing TV! EVERY F~~~ING CHANNEL! I’m f~~~ing sick of it! I don’t have TV and I hate it more and more every time I’m exposed to it!

30 minutes of exposure to that gynocentric bulls~~~ can really spoil your f~~~ing day!

It doesn’t matter who was to blame, boy, girl or alcohol. At this day and age, a man has to be super dumb to f~~~ an unconscious women. Even when he is intoxicated.

The feeling-good-want-to-f~~~ feeling you get after getting drunk is equivalent to the painful erection you feel when you get bit by the African Wandering Spider.

Things like this only fuel the feminazi power and bring validation to their causes. He did a dumb thing, and now he pays for it. Moral of the story: when you find yourself near a drunk woman and you know you ‘can’t control it’.. walk the f~~~ away.

Get bit by the African wandering spider, STILL LAUGHING!!!!
No honey, that girl you saw dive out the window…that was an African wandering spider. Not to be confused with the Chinese stay in one place spider, or the German Fascist Spider. 🙂
Is that why all the Limey broads go on “Sex Ollyday” in Africa? To get bit and swell their Labia?
I think I’ll settle for getting an erection when the woman is attractive. Fricking elephants nowadays’ll be throwing dozens of those spiders on their husbands.

Also, good point Varun. Guys should know that, before getting drunk.

Dude it’s a stupid mistake. One time I was so drunk when i was younger i didn’t even remember how I got home. I was a my friend’s parent’s place and we both got drunk. I didn’t even know which way home was.
All I remember was somewhere was opening the door I didn’t even remember getting on the bed. This is why drinking near women is a no no especially super drunk. When I used to go to strip bar I never was that wasted.

Just under half of the rapists are women… where’s all the panic about that? Oh wait it’s hardly even recognised, if not completely unrecognised by feminazi countries.

Meanwhile brainwashed feminazis like the above keep making fun. Below: A drunk chengdu woman raping a man

Sounds like I may have gotten a bad initial story about this stanford rapist the first time. I was under the impression that this guy was an actual,”I got her drunk so I could hit it and IDGAF if she passed out” kind of rapist. Am I to understand that this was another case of “buyer’s remorse” on the part of the girl?

And how did she get behind the garbage can? I have yet to hear how THAT happened.

    Thank you for the article.
Having seen firsthand a woman lying in court, it’s more of their BS.
The guy should’ve been given no sentence.

The funny thing is that she doesn’t get any sentence .. none whatsoever. If something similar happened over here where I live, she would have had to endure the ‘walk of shame’ and the guy would be dragged out of prison and beaten to death. I can count 7 such cases in my life where people have dragged out rapists and publicly skinned them.

    Wiki link

But of course these practices are inhuman. There should have been at least the woman should have been made a ‘registered alcohol abuser’. I’d also have liked some other preventive measure to be put in place so that this does not happen again.

We can take a lesson from such incidents… can’t they take a lesson too?
