Can we just wear body cameras without any legal consequences? My friend, who’s a lawyer here in Pa., says “Pa is a 2 party state, and that you have to have legal consent by the other party to record them”. I think yours is a good idea, protecting yourself from a lawsuit, but couldn’t that possibly open us up to a “new” one, by not telling them that we’re recording them? Or even if the camera’s visible, they could say I don’t want to be recorded…Just a question.

Don’t show what you do.

And when they accuse you of rape, then I guess that the punishment for the breach of privacy laws will be way less than moving in for rape.

And you can show your recording to stable friends who then know how to back you up in a credible manner.

And a tape recording can clear your reputation outside of the court. It can make the difference between your friends and family giving up on your or standing behind you.
