No please no apology it is to be expected that guys would bring this here. They have done it many times. We just don’t want too many dupes you know. It’s really not a big deal. But it would have been better to get commentary on it and what you thought, so at worst it could at least have been rolled into the old thread and bumped. I wasn’t on here when this topic was covered here, although I did read it elsewhere.

This however makes me wonder. In the US some states has gone towards same-sex marriage as I understand things? How does that work in a divorce? Since there are either no woman or only women, who will the courts side with?

It doesn’t matter, just so long as the divorce lawyers get paid. That was the whole point behind pushing for gay marriage. The divorce industry was drying up due to the marriage rate crashing so the divorce lawyers needed to expand their market to keep the money flowing in.
