Some time ago, I was shooting video of a concert as a volunteer. Everything was cool. The people were enjoying the music, and I was enjoying my time behind the camera.

One of the performers called for the oldest married couple to come up on the stage. They were married for 63 years. The performer asked the old man, “What’s the secret to a 63 year long marriage?”

The old man said, “It’s remembering to respect her, and remember that she’s the boss.”

    Everyone clapped and cheered.

Everyone except me, as I looked at the gynocentric and pussified crowd before me. F~~~ing disgusting. Everyone in the crowd was at least over 40, so that explained everything.

Then the performer asked the old lady the same question. She said, “Lots of forgiveness.”

Whoop dee f~~~ing do! A recipe for success!

More like the secret to a 63 year long s~~~hole.

    One woman.

    Every night and every day.

Women logic, women reasoning, women feels, women friends, women hormones, women needs, women affection, women life, women justice, women truth, women tears, women words, women pitch, women farts, women trips, women conditions.

    Solitary confinement.

his “secret” is a recipe for disaster now unless your goal is to be walked all over, disrespected and then taken to the cleaners.

He was a pre-mangina. If that’s the way their whole marriage went then he was whipped very early in life. I’d bet though that it’s actually more Stockholm Syndrome than pussified greaser meets Unicorn. 20 year old him would love to kick the s~~~ out of 80 year old him for what he allowed to happen to himself.

I failed to realize in my youth that I was the prize. I was going to work. I was going to earn. Little did I realize that due to feminism, that no longer meant I had to share. Road soon, Desert after.

I can’t remember whom said it but … the perfect marriage:

A blind woman married to a deaf man.

Alas I’m not going deaf yet …. and there’s always hearing aids ?

here’s the thing. nobody interviews the “failures” which vastly outnumber the success stories. I have a friend who survived a childhood kidney transplant. the survival ratio was very low but he survived. I think 1 in 5 survived at the time. Anyway, he used to say how much he thanked god for surviving and he would attribute his survival to his faith. but nobody interviewed the kids who died because they’re dead. did they not have faith? would they not testify to the uselessness of faith if they were able? and here we have this man. he’s like my friend who survived the transplant. my friend doesn’t really know why he survived and so many other kids didn’t but he’s thankful so he gives credit to god because where else should it go? This man doesn’t really know why his marriage lasted and so many others failed. did the failures not also let the wife be the boss? if they were around to be interviewed, would they not testify to the uselessness of letting the wife be the boss? this man truly doesn’t know why his marriage lasted but he’s thankful so he’ll hive credit to his wife because where else should it go?

63 Years? That’s 7 times longer than I lasted. She’s the boss? Does she make the money, fix the roof and the cars? Gentlemen, this is what you become when you allow yourself to be enslaved by the system and vagina. What’s even worse is that even if he secretly wanted to leave, he couldn’t. Starting over at that age would be next to impossible.

Feminism isn't about equality with men, it's about leverage over men.

From my 13 years experience, this probably IS the secret to his 60 year + marriage. However, it is not the secret to a happy life.
    * Let her spend her money how she wants
    * Let her go out clubbing if she wants
It is a constant power struggle and non-stop stress and headaches. Spending 60 years with a woman is not what I’d call a recipie for happiness.

**** There are rare exceptions. I also think that maybe women of earlier generations had more of a TEAM mentality. In today’s selifie culture they only see the ME in team.

The way I read it “63 years of forgiveness” means he’s had a lot on the side and the only reason they stayed married was because she overlooked it. So the old guy is smiling because he’s been screwing everything he sees on the side. I’d be smiling too and with tough in cheek while spouting s~~~ like “respect her”.

I think it’s a defeatist attitude of men in society, seen as an acceptable joke. I went to a cousin’s wedding yesterday and they played ‘Highway to Hell’ after signing the marriage papers..

And on top of that, women from that time period were vastly superior to what we have today. Today they are conditioned that they deserve more possessions, power, respect, control, etc.
