Doing some research on oxytocin and the role it may play in keeping men blue pilled. Funny how guys think getting laid is the pinnacle of everything without realising what this sneaky little chemical does after a f~~~. Article was a hard read because they’ve framed it from a very blue pill perspective but is nonetheless interesting from a biological POV. I’m a fan of not just MGTOW ideas but biohacking to make it easier to over-ride other natural impulses to make monking easier.

That’s the “bonding” drug, emotionally connecting you after sex. The thing is, its more effective on young bucks who are in the early stages of a relationship.

Because once you are married for a number of years, there isn’t all the much mush-mush lovebird cooing after sex. Before the oxytocin has a chance to take it’s effect, most husbank’s have rolled over and gone to sleep.

It’s an interesting read.

A smart woman will use something like this against a man. And many do. I think it’s mostly by accident, but a serious manipulator would use these tools ruthlessly.

Avoiding contact with females would be a good deterrent.

Ironically, I was touched today by two different females. It does create a feeling inside that might be akin to the formation of a bond. I never gave it much thought. It’s a nice feeling to be touched by a woman, even just a brush of their hand on an arm.

Ugh. To think of something like this being used purposely to enslave a man is making me sick.

I wonder why this doesn’t work on chads. Perhaps there is an oxytocin deficiency or something is inhibiting its impact.

Agreed. Mental state alone can keep you strong.

Maybe oxytocin is a bad example for biohacking. But if there were things needed by your body that were crucial to your wellbeing and could only be fulfilled by contact with women…well, I guess a lot of us would be f~~~ed haha.

My interest stems from being told by just about everyone probably the same s~~~ you’ve all heard about it being ‘abnormal’ to monk, amongst other things. Typical shaming bulls~~~. I don’t just enjoy jostling with people who spout s~~~ and can’t see good logic but also implementing by action and hopefully providing a solid example that you can lead an even better life going without, or finding alternatives.

I think the guys that really get screwed over by this are the guys who have their first orgasm with/by a woman. Instead of figuring it out themselves the first time.

Amen brother. Hailing from Aus where it’s becoming critically obvious that weed should be legalised. Probably started this thread blazed off my gourd or at least in the throes of a reasonable stone-over, which I am right now, and much enjoying the discourse not only here but across the forum.

There should be a day internationally: get f~~~ed up day. Whatever your poison, just take a day off and destroy your ego, start good conversations and roll with it without being a little bitch.

I guess you are referring to the grain fungus “ergot” which has LSD-like properties.

Never done anything illegal myself.

Did f~~~ around ONCE with a combination of LEGAL stuff, like whole nutmeg pits, mugwort, wormwood, etc. I did have weird obvious brain rewiring for a few days. Interesting. The study assumes monogamy in the first place though. A man will feel more bonded to a woman the more he hugs, kisses, orgasms with that woman. It makes sense that the drug then makes him feel particularly attached to the one female.

However, what happens when those hugs, kisses, and orgasms are spread out amongst many women. In the case of masturbation…no women at all? I’m purely guessing, but I’d logically assume that it would build up a resistance to bonding to just one female. I’ve heard men speak of such….they have had so much variety they can’t feel like they could bond with just one. Then with masturbation, would releasing oxytocin when there is no woman present cause you to feel more comfortable and at peace when there is no woman present? I would think yes.

So really, oxytocin isn’t something to be too concern about, unless you have little experience whatsoever or never ‘spread it around’.

And the second most likely reason for men who are not chads to be more likely to want to be monogamous and ‘bond’ with one woman

Unless a man has unlimited access to money (billionaire) then he by default has a limited or somewhat limited access to money. It is one or the other but not both.

With that being said, the average guy simply cannot practically afford to expend money and resources on multiple women. With the hope that one of them might want to actually be with him long term. He doesn’t have the time or resources to play the vaginal lottery like that. (Women can, however employ that strategy because having sex which is the only thing they bring to the table does not cost them anything other than wear & tear on their holes)

So, due to the fact that time is a finite resource (not infinite) and most men do not have unlimited access to wealth and money. Combined with the fact that most men have to expend effort and energy to secure a woman and/or a woman that they think is worthy of the allocation of time, effort and money –

The most basic and fundamental principle of economics comes into play and must be considered and factored into any equation that a man uses in the acquisition of a mate / partner / wife, and that is

Scarcity

How to utilize a limited amount of existing resources (as stated above) to maximize a desired outcome, while simultaneously minimizing losses.

And it all culminates into the most practical decision (in lieu of the fact that men are expected to provide and take care of a woman) being the direction and channeling of available wealth and resources into one woman while adhering to and advocating monogamy as both his preferred and most favorable method of promoting the relationship / manipulation-ship.
