German Lawmakers passed laws targeting “Hate Speech” on Social Media websites. Offenders could face Fines of up to 50 Million Euros. The reasoning is to target Holocaust Deniers apparently….

“As AP reports, the measure approved is designed to enforce the country’s existing limits on speech, including the long-standing ban on Holocaust denial. Among other things, it would fine social networking sites if they persistently fail to remove illegal content within a week, including defamatory “fake news.”

“Freedom of speech ends where the criminal law begins,” said Justice Minister Heiko Maas, who was the driving force behind the bill.

“Under the law, social media companies would face steep fines for failing to remove “obviously illegal” content — including hate speech, defamation, and incitements to violence — within 24 hours. They would face an initial fine of €5 million, which could rise to €50 million. Web companies would have up to one week to decide on cases that are less clear cut.”

“Aside from the hefty fine for companies, the law also provides for fines of up to 5 million euros for the person each company designates to deal with the complaints procedure if it doesn’t meet requirements.”

“Social networks also have to publish a report every six months detailing how many complaints they received and how they dealt with them.”

Of course I’m sure the Politicians of Germany will use this power responsibly. But this is simply the next step that Governments are taking to curb the influence of the Internet, the last true Bastion of free speech.

The question is will they be able to tighten their fist around it before everything collapses under them? and the answer is simple.

Free Speech is important. The problem is that when you allow Women to vote, they don’t like being Criticized. They’re like children who need constant positive reinforcement, even if it’s bulls~~~.

Removing Confederate monuments to satisfy political correctness is another form of holocaust denial in my book. If we’re not allowed to openly discuss and debate issues, then how can we call America the land of free speech? Why deny that the South fought the Civil War for states’ rights? My comment had nothing to do with women. It had to do with Israel/Jews who do not like to be criticized, and this is what these laws are about as men are in jail for giving their opinion about the Jewish Holocaust.

I think that the ELites are pushing this simply for Power’s sake. They have betrayed the Native populace bc they know that the Natives are catching on. If they didn’t know they wouldn’t walk around with their own guard. Their folly is they think they can take on and control a bunch of aggressive Muslims without getting flooded. It’s too late for Germany to avoid Civil War at this point. My only hope is that the Leftist Elite perish in the flames. Once Constantinople was the Eastern Capital of Chrisitianity, now it is named Istanbul and is more Middle Eastern than Eastern European or Greek. Yes, I always had the opinion that the world is going to totalitarianism, and with the current tools of information and computing goverments have, it will not be possible to defeat that. They already have a lot of data and connect databases the same way or even more as bussinesses do, and the state -as a big authority- have access to everything they want to.

Anyway, I don’t deny world war 2 and holocaust, there are a lot of remaining buildings, evidences, and other stuff that proves it happened.

But, that is past. The important is now, what happens now. And “hate” is a generic thing that can be applied to anything they don’t like.

Nobody is denying WWII, or even the Jewish Holocaust usually, it more often has to do with what many believe are lies in regards to the numbers. The elitists believe that worst case scenario of Europe falling, they can flee Europe. No one will allow them in.

Even the colonial locations of European, Dutch and British colonies in the Caribbean and French Polynesia in the pacific have limited space. That is not taking into count their wealth will be destroyed with their native currencies. The gold and other metals they have weight too much to take with them. And these locations were only protected from outside forces by the threat of military force from their patron nations. If the patron nations call, these island paradises will fall, as well.

Those with yachts will find themselves targeted by pirates that realize these elitists likely stored all the gold and valuables they had on their yachts. These elitists believe their small squad bodyguards will protect them from pirates. The pirates can just sink the yachts in shallow waters and later scuba diving for the possible riches.
