This video came available on Canadian Amazon Prime Video a little while ago, haven’t had the chance to watch it prior.

I’ve recently been watching it bit by bit because I can’t seem to stomach it in it’s entirety. There’s something about it that seems staged in the first few parts that I’ve watched.

Seems so far to be an awakening on the documentarian’s part (Cassie Jaye), but damn if it’s not coming off as chameleon episode #36698554.

I’ll carry on watching this through to the end till I’m finished, but I remember the hype on here when it first came out. I have trouble believing I’m more cynical than the rest of us here, but this really seems to rub me the wrong way.

If I’m jumping to conclusions before finishing the doc, but these are my observations so far.

If you have amazon prime in Canada, here’s a link…

I watched it and it only goes so far. But then, the mere fact that this movie got made at all in this political climate is amazing. My hat’s off to Cassie Jaye. Look at how the feminists make themselves look.

Your conclusions from the snippets you watched are the same as mine after watching the whole thing.

While Ms. Jaye is believably sympathetic, the movie examines the MRA movement and it’s various causes only in reference to women. Of course, Ms. Jaye is a woman and thus is going to present any documentary from the viewpoint of a woman, but The Red Pill goes a further than that.

We don’t just see the MRA movement through a woman’s eyes nor do we see the MRA movement in and of itself. Instead, the film focuses on how the MRA movement effects women rather than focusing on how the movement can help men.

Women simply have to be the center of attention, even in a film about men.

Do not date. Do not impregnate. Do not co-habitate. Above all, do not marry. Reclaim and never again surrender your personal sovereignty.

I’m not done watching it yet, I doubt I’ll finish it tonight. I do recognise that it’s the fact that it is controversial subject matter and was made by a young, relatively attractive female as the host is the only reason that this gained any public recognition.

Just imagine this content put forth by a man, what notice would if have been given? (oh that’s right, it’s been done over and over again on social media, youtube, etc…)

The sheer mass of YT videos will outlive any movie documentary.

When I first found out about MGTOW in mid 2016, there was only a limited number of MGTOW videos out on YouTube. Now – one year later – they have become so many, you can no longer watch them all. And now YT is starting to ban that content and de-monetize it…

But it’s getting more… (Everything that gets attacked will multiply as a result…)

Getting banned makes it interesting to watch.

I have watched “The Red Pill” a while ago and I think it was a great start to bring the issue to a broader audience. Of course it focuses on MRA and it’s effects on women… That gives them “a topic” after all.

MGTOW in turn gives them an empty chair to make a movie about.

MGTOW is “one step further” than MRA, we are the ones who choose to stop fighting, stop arguing, stop trying to fix a relationS~~~, stop running and chasing after women…

And we stopped caring about their useless opinions.

We are “innocent angels”. We let women make their lives’ mistakes all on their own. We have walked out and so we can’t be blamed if women f~~~ up their lives with the bad decisions they make and the poor judgment they have. How do you blame an empty chair when things go wrong, as women usually blame everything on men?

We are the ones who know female nature and we see the futility of dealing with them. We see the waste of energy it is dealing with these narcissistic and borderline c~~~s.

A movie about us will be instant hamster wheel destruction. It would not make it into the “prime” movie theater…

In July of 2018, this honey pot forum was sold out to an unidentified NPC sock puppet and troll organization. Most independent thinkers and writers migrated to other MGTOW forums as a result of the never-ending infighting and deliberate trouble starting caused by members who were given "carte blanche" by the admin to do whatever they want. Before my departure, I only left a few thousand cat pics here to comfort and ridicule the feminist owners who now run this place. Their background agenda is to make MGTOW look like a club of losers the public eye. And during the course of 2019, they actually managed to destroy almost all other MGTOW venues as well. Here is the truth about "theindependentman.org" aka "TIM" which was created as an extended workbench to further divide the community. I watched it not long ago. I highly recommend it.
Some of the interviews in it are particularly revealing. They shed light on the vindictive motives behind the War on Men.
Now Ms.Jaye made this documentary without preconceived notions or agenda, that’s why feminists banned it and I thank her.

I watched it. I do have to give the director props on being willing to listen to the other side and through the movie you can see her wrestling with her own gender bias. I will say that she does acknowledge this which is incredibly rare for a woman to do when confronted with this stuff. That being said, the movie portrays the MRM and issues that are dear to MRA’s. Think there is a small blurb in it about MGTOW in passing but beyond that it’s about how we need to fight back against injustice against men.

I thought it was great, and you can believe that isn’t the result of a lack of cynicism. I don’t think anyone’s denying that Jaye will have no qualms taking advantage of the very misandrist laws she discusses in the film (she’s engaged, apparently), but the point is that the movie tells the TRUTH. There are statistics, testimonies, and interviews that contain hard FACTS about what men are facing in this country; facts that the majority of the audience have never heard because the MSM is always harping on women’s issues.

I’m not interested in the perspective or the personal ruminations of the director. I watched the film to see if it accurately stated the truth, and it did.
