Men, throughout history, have made many achievements. Many conquests. Kingdoms have been overtaken, wealth has been acquired, passed, and lost. Women, harems, and everything under the sun has been done. Mans greatest accomplishment, and his most loyal ally, has aways been his rationale. His ability to consider a matter and conceptualize it. Analyze it. Hash it out, and produce a logical deduction.

It is precisely this property which seperates man from woman, child, or animal: the ability to objectively consider a concept, analyze it, and formulate the abstraction into something tangible.

What occurs when this source of life, comes to the rationalization that virtually: NOTHING. NOONE. Is on your side? When the very SOURCE of substanance informs you that the game is a skew. Were not playing with a full deck, because the house always wins, and NOONE has got your back?

When the very one and same resource which provides man with IMMEASURABLE grades of resources, at one and the same time, informs him the battle isnt worth fighting?

I am reminded of my favorite of centuries old literature. A man who was attributed to have more: wealth and wisdom than any man in history:

“Vanity of vanities, ALL is grasping for the wind”.

    Resident cynic.

Then he walks away from the battle, and into the wilderness.
