This video explains how pleasure especially through junk food traps us.

Excellent video. I try and limit junk food. I also try and do as much scratch cooking as time permits .. but it’s not always easy to find the hours needed.

I have to be totally honest and say that, once in awhile, ever so often .. I do carry a 16 ounce energy drink around. I take it with me on certain jobs.

It just gives me a lift as I work on various projects. Is it good for me? .. probably not. Does it dehydrate me rather than hydrate? Yes, the caffeine does dehydrate. But I do try and follow it with a bottle of spring water as a chaser. The caffeine lift only lasts for a couple of hours max .. before I can feel the drop in energy again.

Yesterday, I replaced the rollers on a commercial size garage door. I worked alone and it was very peaceful and pleasant job except for the noise of the cordless driver. Having an energy drink along side my toolbox did give me that lift that allowed me to work without fatigue.

I’m not addicted to them, just being honest .. but I do keep a couple in my little cooler on ice for certain situations. I also keep a couple around during snow situations, heavy snowfalls, where I have to work all day moving snow .. basically without stopping.

I have neighbor who I know also always keeps a couple in his combine on ice during harvest season .. when he works fields well past midnight and can’t let his concentration lapse for a minute.

I don’t drink coffee so I guess this is my occasional, very occasional .. substitute stimulant.

Vegetarianism is an eating disorder. What are the “Nutrient density” gastric receptors in scientific speak??? Fantasy video.

Afinogyny.. from the Greek Afino {to abandon/ to set down/ to leave /to allow/ to let } + Gyny {Women} MGHOW’s philosophy to not engage women without “hating them”. Narcorca =Narcissistic Orca typically spouting to a bathroom mirror taking an arms length selfie ; Wallinate describes post wall females whose SMV is terminally negligible New Years resolution "To not make women happy" . Instadestitue: yet another Neologism for Men that cohabit with women that decide to pull the handle of intervention orders.
