After a long two month economic shutdown that was supposedly due to an extremely contagious “virus” – The economic and political elite could sense that the masses were getting restless and starting to go back outside, defy state orders and try to get back to normal.
Although it was not time yet. Enough economic damage had not been done but those in power were conscious of the fact that the majority of Americans were not going to allow the economic shutdown to continue.
There needed to be a Phase II to the plan.
And it needed to result in protesting, riots and looting. Across major cities.
It wasn’t going to take much either. But needed to start with a white police officer. Ideally one that had a documented history of some accusations of police brutality (three in Derek Chauvin’s file) along with one prior documented case of having shot and killed a suspect.
Important to note: The knee to the neck move has never been cited as having ever been used by any City of Minneapolis police officer. Derek Chauvin himself has never been accused of using it in his 19 year long career as a police officer either. It is not ever used – because in 3 to 5 minutes, it can result in death.
Once they had the key component to the plan, it would have taken less than 72 hours (using proven CIA MK-ULTRA methods) to program him. [] *Note: Chauvin’s work records show an unexplained three day absence of unpaid time off in early May that was not part of any prior scheduled time off []
Then: the perfect suspect – Floyd George. Documented prior criminal history, previous time spent in prison, largely built, tall and stocky black man. Requiring handcuffs by default.
Then the stage was set.
Notice multiple critical parts of the timeline –
The first two arresting officers did not include Chauvin.
Chauvin arrived within ten minutes – at which point, the first two officers turned Floyd over specifically to Chauvin. Floyd was in fact placed into a police cruiser already but was removed from the police car by Chauvin then placed on the ground.
Without anything else being done at that point.
With key aspects of the situation including that it was happening
In broad daylight
On a busy street (with numerous witnesses)
While three separate people openly filmed what was occuring
And despite all of that, Chauvin pressed his knee into Floyd’s neck.
Now – I watched the video again over 30 times and paused it at certain points.
Chauvin continues pressing his knee into Floyd’s neck only looking up at one of the cell phones videoing his act, two times. Looking directly at the cell phone, with an almost confused look on his face at one point. His eyes glazed over, almost in a trance like state. Like he was not even sure what he was doing. But his primary focus during the 6+ minutes is his own knee and Floyd’s neck.
Literally staring at his own knee and Floyd’s neck. Absolutely fixated on it, in what almost appears to be a catatonic state. Not even looking up at bystanders anymore. With his left hand in his pocket. At one point, without even looking up, instinctively reaching into a side pocket for what was a small spray container of pepper spray or mace when he hears more people are on the sidewalk – but not looking up at them again.
Still staring at his knee and Floyd’s neck. Even well after Floyd stopped talking and his body went visibly limp (from not breathing) He kept his knee on his neck until paramedics arrived.
And still seemed unaware or not conscious of what had just taken place.
He was not even one of the original two arresting officers on the scene.
His car arrived after they had secured Floyd.
And he was without a doubt, given his code word via radio prior to exiting his own patrol car.
Because everything about the situation was primed for what he was needed for.
An unarmed black man, broad daylight, already handcuffed, witnesses and video evidence.
Chauvin just had to follow his command and execute the plan according to his training. That unfortunately for him, I doubt he is even currently conscious of.
The entire situation is textbook CIA mind control.
