Anonymous38Anyone with half a brain can see that much of what is said about gender pay gaps is bunk.
However leaving aside the intellectual dolts that cannot understand that different jobs and hours work mean you cannot simply compare the sum of all male vs. female wages, there will be genuine cases of men being paid more for the same job. But has anyone (who isn’t red pill) considered that these men were better at their job, hence the higher pay?
Anyone who’s managed people, actually, anyone who’s had a job, knows that two people with exactly the same job title, at the same level and pay grade, can perform to vastly different standards. I’ve seen cases where a person has been three or four times less effective than their peers.
In this sense a higher pay for the same job is justifiable at the discretion of the manager. If I’m a small business owner running a fruit and veg shop, with two packer/delivery drivers, one of whom is 50% faster than the other, I’m going to want to pay the quicker one more. Not 50% more, but more, to reward his higher performance. There’s nothing really wrong with that on an ethical level, it is quite simply performance-related pay which does still exist in some companies. Although paying someone differently for the same job is outlawed here in the UK and I think the US.
A leader/business owner knows people need to feel adequately rewarded, and if they feel they’re being under-rewarded their motivation will diminish. If we stop paying high performers more, it becomes a race to the bottom. Multiply this across a company and that company isn’t exactly going to flourish, it’s going to stagnate then decline.
Male TV stars being paid more than women isn’t evidence of sexism. The recent PWC report found no evidence of gender bias (in terms of pay) at the BBC, I am assuming they took the scientific approach of taking into account different variables that affected pay, you know, the approach that intelligent people take. If a male star is more popular, brings in higher ratings/money for the BBC, then it’s not necessarily ‘sexist’ to pay him more than another woman presenter, as I’ve demonstrated above.
This is yet another example of women taking more than they deserve. It’s another way to say #MeToo, lying and obfuscating their way to power. They will get ‘equal pay’ and continue to run companies into the ground through worse performance (oversocialising instead of overworking), a lack of leadership, b~~~~ and integrity, sick days and going part-time.
Luckily this gives me that much more impetus to get out of this corporate hell-hole and start my own business.
#ManOut
pay gap = gap you pay to stick your willy in
Example: “Last night I got that pay gap young n~~~~”
Don't care
Women expect to be promoted and paid the same because they have t~~~. Experience, actual skills and talent, revenue generation, responsibility and accountability don’t come into it, in their minds.
Genuinely equally skilled and committed employees get paid the same.
If business owners could get the same job done by employing women for less money then all employees would be women.
Therefore the pay gap myth is utter bollocks.
"...reinvent your life because you must; it is your life and its history and the present belong only to you.” It is Your Life, Charles Bukowski.
If business owners could get the same job done by employing women for less money then all employees would be women.
That seems to be the one thing they either somehow can’t or simply refuse to get through their thick skulls.
I, Lelouch Vi Britannia, command you, all of you, to Go Your Own Way!!
I would gladly take 80% of a woman’s pay to do the same amount of work as them. Sadly, if that started happening everywhere all businesses would go under in short order from nothing ever getting done.
Anonymous38Women work fewer hours and take more sick days. I think that just about settles any minor ‘difference’ in pay.
Anonymous42What about the work-gap?
What about the casualties of war gap?
What about the history of men toiling to create this world for women to bitch and complain gap?
What about the affirmative action gap?
What about the child custody gap?

Ladies, F~~~ OFF AND DIE!
Anonymous1The blue-pill men at my factory make less money than their wives do.
There is no wage gap, its another Feminist lie.
This is proof you can make up anything and people will believe it.
Did you know that they make TVs with dead baby pandas? Then I just get a couple high level news anchors to say it, and people stop buying TVs.
Like a bird on the wire, like a drunk midnight choir, I have tried in my way to be free.
What about the suicide gap?
The answer, is no.

Anonymous2The wage gap myth has been debunked over and over again. It doesn’t take into account the type of jobs and the number of years of experience on the job. Some fields which pay very well are dominated by men because they are also very dangerous. Ask a woman if she wants to be a construction worker walking on an I-beam 80 stories high at their pay or work a job as a receptionist making 1/3 of the pay per hour, and she’ll take the receptionist job every time. Garbage men get paid very well, but again, women don’t want that job because it’s dirty and a lot of physical work.
Then take into account that women often take time off from their careers to raise their kids. This results in them losing seniority or having to start at square one at a new company years down the road. They can leave the workforce to be stay at home moms without having to worry about the stigma of being labeled a lazy moocher like a man would if he stayed home with the kids while his wife worked.
The wage gap is bulls~~~. It has been debunked over and over again, but feminists will repeat it ad nauseum because they don’t care if it’s a lie. All they care about is what serves their agenda. Whether it is actually true or not is irrelevant to them.
This is the best video I’ve seen explaining the pay gap issue is simple broken down logic.
Anonymous1Excellent video from Prager U.
A couple of comments to add…
If a woman is in the same job, with the same experience, credentials and responsibility, it is already against the law to pay her less than a man. The Equal Pay Act of 1963, signed into law by President Kennedy, says:“No employer…shall discriminate…between employees on the basis of sex by paying wages to employees…at a rate less than the rate at which he pays wages to employees of the opposite sex…for equal work on jobs, the performance of which requires equal skill, effort, and responsibility, and which are performed under similar working conditions, except where such payment is made pursuant to (i) a seniority system; (ii) a merit system; (iii) a system which measures earnings by quantity or quality of production; or (iv) a differential based on any other factor other than sex…”
Oh, so you want “equal pay for equal work” [and ignore the other factors like experience, training, time is service, etc.]? Should a male brand new history teacher be paid identically with the female teacher who has been there 30 years?
Is there a gap between the “average earnings” of a males vs. the “average earnings” of females? In many scenarios, YES.
HOWEVER, to claim that the gender pay gap demonstrates “women are paid less for doing equal work with equal credentials in equal positions” is a gross misrepresentation. If all the credentials are the same, in the same job, IT IS ILLEGAL to pay the woman less.
What are all those folks marching around about?
Women want equal pay.
Women do not want equal work.
Equal pay for unequal work is not equality.
Women don’t want equality.
