The story is about Kiss’s hit song Beth? The song is true story about a guitarist and his emotional tampon, but it left out the part how she ruined a potential career. We talk about the tangible loses from divorcing a woman, but there are so many potential losses by having and keeping one. What could you have been if hadn’t put down the guitar, the welder, or the paint brush because your succubus wanted your attention focused on her. All the potential and opportunities thrown away by living your existence as an emotional tampon rather than going your own way and forging your own life.

If you rescue a damsel in distress, all you will get is a distressed damsel.

Anonymous2Man thats so true. How many men have gave up thier dreams for ” the gash”? Last Ltr I had got real drunk and laid out her plans for me. Long story short she said no more flying because it costs to much and you have two more mouths to feed. I think about her sometimes when I preflight whatever bird im about to fly. Bullet dodged.
Their agenda will always be first, costing you not only time and money but also the potential for greatness in whatever you do.
Women want men to believe that a relationship benefits the man. She will promise you loyalty and sex twice a day. All she wants in return is a little attention which turns into you worshipping her. Once you commit or even co-habitate with her, she reneges on her promises.
Feminism isn't about equality with men, it's about leverage over men.

Anonymous0Been there, done that. Stayed trapped 17 years too long in a 27 year marriage devoid of emotional or intimate relations. Ideas shot down almost instantly. Offer a solution to a problem and get told that wouldn’t work….without any alternative offered. When I became self-employed, no support whatsoever… Enjoyed the money that came rolling in, but constantly complained about the hours I was putting in to make it. Ask for a little back office support and the response was “that’s your job, not mine.”
Took about 3 weeks after she hit the road to see the bright side, and life has been an easy uphill ride ever since.

Glad you got out and are enjoying life.

A friend of mine forestalled his career because he found himself married to a lazy stay at home do nothing sexless lil cupcake that he had a few kids with. He had the choice to continue with his education (another masters degree) while he was employed full time to set himself up for a management position. This would push his income to the six figure category, but he had a revelation prior to starting the process towards another degree.
First, if he pursued his second master’s degree this would give his beloved lil sweety the ammunition to stay at home, and just get lazier. Second, he would me making more money, but having to do a more stressful job with more hours, responsibilities etc. Third, when it came time for their inevitable future divorce, he would be paying her alimony. In the end, it didn’t make sense for him to work more, risk his health by taking on a more stressful position just to earn more for her to get lazier, and for him to pay her more when it was divorce time.
Instead, he had her go back to school so she can join the work force. Of course, she is kicking and screaming all the way, but it’s a step in the right direction
