Don’t hold back in living your life the way you want to, Don’t hold back in feeling the way you want to feel inside.

In this realm of perpetual suffering in which suffering can take many forms and affects everything that lives, one must also understand that suffering is not eternal and is never tied to just one set of circumstances, Suffering always has an end even if the way it does end is not the way you had hoped it would, sometimes death becomes our best friend in delivering us from this realm of suffering when said suffering becomes too much to bare like a s~~~ broken life or life threatening deceases.

I don’t advocate suicide and i want with this post to help keep bringing awareness of the suicide problem young men face today, by letting you know it was something even i contemplated and no it wasn’t out of pride for not living the life i wanted to, but because i lost a lot of people too early that were important to me and life gave me a s~~~ty hand after another, yet i never lost my touch with other people that i knew, i always was there to help and be mindful, i always gave even if it hurt my chances to have some food in my stomach for that day.

Ever since i learned about meditation and i was using it to benefit myself, i found calmness in the chaos of life, and stillness that i have learned to enjoy even though my life may not have amounted to much compared to the ambitions i once had as a younger man.

We are here today and might not be here tomorrow, everything dies, decays and expires, we need to find more ways to disconnect from the toxic mess we call society or the human collective hive mind of death and destruction.

    Very good post, MITM.

It’s very easy to get lost and stray from the path. One must constantly remind oneself to keep at it. But then contentment ensues. Best feeling in the world.

Living as one wants is the best way. Otherwise, it’s not really living.

We are here today and might not be here tomorrow

We are here today and might be gone within the next hour.

    EVERYTHING IS TEMPORARY.

If you are currently going through “good times” or “bad times” they both shall pass ONE WAY OR THE OTHER.

To me, Life is like a book, but we do not know how long it will be. It could stop in mid sentence at any point.

Each “stage” in life is like a chapter. I think back to different periods of my life as one would remember what happened in the previous chapter.

Sometimes, we can’t wait for certain chapters to end, and for new ones to begin, and others we want to read and re-read.

Of course, TIME or LACK THERE OF determines the Length and Breadth of OUR BOOK.
