Ahhh alcohol. What a delightful distraction.
I woke up this morning to a modern day mystery. I vaguely remember picking a fight with Colin on the forum so I reviewed that first. I stand by what I said, and I do not apple ‘o gize, though I hope Colin didn’t take it personally. I checked my email and I got a response from the White House. I guess I emailed the President through the govt website. Lol. No clue what that’s about. I’m sure it was a positive email, and I’m equally sure that 45 has better things to do.
Took the day off of work because I can’t see straight. Luckily, I have a generous leave package.
I know I didn’t leave the house, so no need to check my car for damage or blood. That’s good.
Checked my text message history, and didn’t drop any bombs there. Winning.
My browser history is the usual mix of porn and news. Nothing new there.
All in all, a good self-destructive day.
Happy Tuesday gents.
The answer, is no.
Well Done — I ran Saturday morning, my runner buds and I started drinking at 9am. Carried on from the brewery to a restaurant and started drinking bloody marys. Then off to one of the girls houses to continue the day drinking.
Best I can recollect I lost memory around 5-7pm. I have a huge bruise on my arm (I don’t bruise easily) and have a vague memory of being woken up at 9pm ish and having a nude FaceTime conversation with one of the inebriated girls.
Then the girl I’ve been banging who was livid at me all day for not responding to text or phone calls came over and I mustered up some wood and knocked it out.
She said we fought pretty bad but it was a “Girl on the Train” moment – so all lines were down and here is a tidbit I learned from that movie: When you black out you can never remember b/c the circuits are disconnected, which is perfect. No regrets.

Thanks man.
I’m sober now but I remember what I said, and I still stand by it. Kenobi gave me some insight into your healthcare system after you left though, which gave me pause.
I still want to be the only white refugee jumping your border in 2018 haha

Edit: the run I was on would make Jagger and Richards look like droopy-eyed armless children. That’s how I party. Lmfao 😂
The answer, is no.
Sherlock Holmes in the franchise has been a drug addict, both cocaine and heroin. It is one of the major flaws in the character. That he is a expert detective, but his personal life was a mess.
Sherlock Holmes was the original pulp noir detective. Only later noir detectives of noir fiction drug of choice was alcohol due to the censorship regulations of the time.
Now that is how you rock a Monday night!
