This quote from Mark Twain seems more fitting as I grow older and I can understand why he said it. I don’t necessarily think he meant it in a misanthropic manner as I appreciate my true friendships more so. But with my dog I have noticed more is spoken and understood between the two of us without a word than any women I have ever dated.

I have always found the quote about locking your wife and dog in the car trunk and seeing which one (the dog) is happy to see you as a dumb comparison and an insult to the dog. When I was at my lowest point in life wondering my house at 2 AM contemplating sucide who was at my side? My dog. He didn’t judge me, he just cared. You want someone that will be at your side at your darkest moment it will be your true friends (if you are fortunate to have one) and your dog.

I remember sitting on the couch with a woman and he jumped between us and just looked at me as if to say ” you don’t want to go down this path.” The woman looked at me shocked when he did it. He was right! She wanted me to give up my life long hobbies after 2 months of dating. Expected me to give her the life her mother had and mentioned how unhappy her father was. Trust your dog.

This is true. Nobody loves you like your dog.
Your dog will sacrifice his life to save you.
A woman will probably throw you a boat anchor.

    People suck until proven otherwise.

    Deal with them accordingly.

I understand and agree with Twain’s statement, my animals are family, nonhuman, but they are part of my family.

Women want everything, but want responsibility and accountability for nothing.

    Classic shlt test.

My mother would never allow my father any hobbies. She actually tore up hobby catalogues right in his face.

Most animals don’t have malice in their hearts. Worms… but not malice.

Dogs are the best reflection of your soul. Mine look at me with love, share joy with me and are always happy to see me… could be because I feed them but they are dependent on me and I am dependent on them. Have never grieved more than when my dog passed previously.

I love dogs more than anything in this world.

Watch the movie “A Boy and His Dog,” starring a very young Don Johnson. It has a great ending!

I hate to admit this, but I think I would have more sympathy for a light bulb that dies then most people today.

You are all alone. If you have been falsely accused of RAPE, DV, PLEASE let all men know about the people who did this. http://register-her.net/web/guest/home

Most people are stupid. Stupidity is a crime and inflicting it on me a capital offence.

I had trouble with a woman who was pushing in a train queues

Basically she turned up at the last second and pushed in…I tried to get in front of her and we collided and she said I pushed her – I called her a t~~~ and moved on but she actually called for white knights to get involved but as it was 7am no one cared….

It bothered me after and I need to keep my temper in check because a c~~~ like her can f~~~ me over and not bat an eyelid – western women are toxic

I swear they’re trying to make it illegal for us to be out in public.

She was totally out of line but was actually pointing me out and trying to get white knights to confront me – it was just too early for it though

    They are truly toxic

Your dog will sacrifice his life to save you.

Have you seen I Am Legend?

Remember when Will Smith’s character falls into a trap that the creatures set up? He ends up knocked out and hanging there until nightfall, the crucial moment when he needs to head home.

He’s stirred by the barking of his dog Sam, who’s remained beneath him for his entire period of unconsciousness. You’d think by then the dog would’ve been trained to understand that night = bad, but she stays there anyway.

Not a perfect movie, but that scene was touching.

To see what is in front of one's nose requires a constant struggle. -Orwell
