I think a lecture using harsh language would have sufficed. Ruining the life of a 14 year old boy was totally unnecessary. By the way, was the girl who distributed the pic not guilty of distributing child porn? What happened to her? Nothing? Nothing is my guess.

Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?

I think they all ended up with a record, but no prosecution. Had the genders been reversed ofc, I think we all know who would have been sunk for soliciting and distributing child pornography.

I hope that boy learns his lesson. Sending naked pictures to anyone under any circumstances is not okay, I don’t care how young you are, either boy or girl.
RoyDal, I understand your argument and the girl should also be in trouble for distributing the pics but the prosecutor would then have to find another job after the Feminists legions descended in his office.
Kids have technology and telecommunications in the palm of their hand nowadays. Maybe the parents ought to teach them the basics. Just an idea…

Don't let them Blame, Shame or Tame you!

Thank god I will never have kids.

But if I did, I would NEVER give them a smartphone that young. Actually, I wouldn’t give them a smart phone at any age. I would tell my kid if he wanted a smart phone so bad, he can get a job and go buy one himself. There is so many s~~~ty parents in todays world who cave in and do whatever the kid wants. You have to be firm with the little bastards or otherwise they end up being entitled lazy pieces of s~~~ later on in life.

Teach them to earn money and pay their own bills on time.

As for the incident….the laws are f~~~ing insane. All I can say is if you have a kid, don’t give them a smart phone and educate them on how serious these offenses are. Raise them properly.

I wonder how many GIRLS would be prosecuted by the same crime if they sent pictures of themselves naked to boys.

Oh yeah: none. Because we should protect girls, and ruin BOYS LIVES.

And also: sure, let’s RUIN a KIDS REPUTATION by recording with the POLICE what a stupid thing a HE DID for his FUTURE EMPLOYERS to see!
That sounds REASONABLE to me… cause f~~~ common sense.

    Yup… Mind boggled…

I am so F~~~ING happy I am not a horny teenager growing up in these times. Cannot think of anything worse than being horny and walking through our current societal minefields.

It is by caffeine alone I set my mind in motion, it is by the beans of Java that thoughts acquire speed, the hands acquire shaking, the shaking becomes a warning; it is by caffeine alone I set my mind in motion.

Excuse me, but how is it that the girl is not being prosecuted for disseminating child pornography? “It was then sent to other pupils at the school…” oh really?! By whom?!

And do we know if it was an unsolicited picture or if she asked him to send it? If so, then she tricked him into doing so so that she could humiliate him deliberately. Clearly the whole store has not (and will not) been told, here.
