Here is the link to the famous book, “The Manipulated Man”. In this book is a step by step break down of everything that we talk about here and should be required reading for every MGTOW here, young and old. As well as, every male in a Western society. It shows examples of how society f~~~s men over and how bad a deal marriage is. Take time to read it fellas, even if you don’t read the entire thing, bookmark it and come back to it. It is a powerful lesson in what we do here.

I read it once every summer. Each time I have approximately 4-5 real life examples from the past year that verify that the book is very scientific and pragmatic.

Feminists hate it, which adds to the validity of the book.

I have read the manipulated man and I must say, it is a good read!

Esther Villar has really hit the nail on the head with that book. I think for all MGTOW’S, this needs to be required reading! This book, along with Men On Strike by Dr. Helen Smith. Good, good reads and illustrates the many reasons men such as myself on this forum have gone MGTOW.
