I like how he starts off by explaining how fear of mortality and future outcomes makes us controllable, I never thought about it quite like that before.

I read a book called ‘Enjoy the Decline’ which basically talks about how to be truly free from the forced socialism in our government. I can give a short couple points that is recommended to do it.

Many of our taxes are now used for redistribution of wealth. The single mother, immigrants, illegal aliens, etc. all contribute to the problem by living burden-free off of these government subsidies. It is understood that even though you and I may disagree with what is happening, we have no choice but to pay our taxes. This makes us slaves to socialism whether we like it or not. However, there are ways to beat this system.

-We can become a minimalist and limit the amount of money we make to the point where we are taxed very little and no longer contribute to the pool of resources being given to the parasites. This contributes to the collapse of our society.
-We focus less on work and more on leisure. We enjoy the time we have doing hobbies we enjoy, we do not work long hours to make a lot of money and be successful. Even though it is human nature to do so, it is a waste since so much money is being taken from us and used for the wrong reasons.
-This means that we find other ways to spend our time. Maybe we freelance a couple days a week to make enough to get by, but the rest of the time we roadtrip, explore new hobbies, play videogames, learn new skills, whatever your heart desires.

-Then to take it to the extreme, we can stop working all together and become dependent on those govt subsidies ourselves, contributing even more the the collapse. I, personally, don’t want to do that, but you can see why it makes sense.

There is a lot left out here, but if you read the book yourself you’ll enjoy it if the points above made sense.

That is a Stefan video that gets referenced a lot. I will say there are schools of thought with some MGTOW, that that is the bigger issue, and it isn’t just gynocentrism. Personally, for me, MGTOW is about trying to get out of the human farm as much as possible, with the issues of marriage, and so on, being part of it.

I looked at the negativity, and it is repulsive to me.
