Well the SJW’s must enforce strict adherence to their dogma or they are finished.
Would some one please pass this message on to that woman,….please leave now and don’t let the door hit you on the way out.
mgtow is its own worst enemy- https://www.campusreform.org/
Not,if they don’t have the same experience and track record. For actors how desireable they are for a part makes a difference.
Also if she doesnt negotiate salary and raises as well as a man, thats not anyone elses fault but hers. Women do not negotiate starting salaries or raises like men do.
Women want everything, but want responsibility and accountability for nothing.
It’s like the women’s sports teams demanding the same pay.
Solution:
1. Charge the same ticket and merchandise prices.
2. Wait for the money to just roll in for inferior athletic ability and entertainment value.
3. Profit. They always say “the same job” and try to pretend that mean “the same work”.
It doesn’t.
Give a man and a woman the same title at a company and he’ll end up doing all his work… and hers. I learned that one the hard way.
Don’t hire women.
Let these BBC feminazis walk. Easily replaced. To quote one of the links –
“Carrie Gracie quit her role as China editor after learning she was being paid less than her male counterparts.”
She was offered a 45,000 pound payrise and turned it down to join the ranks of the unemployed. Way to go, quit your job because some blokes earn more.
Here is the LINK to the list of the highest-earning talent at the BBC. Plenty of women in the list and proof that loads of men and women are not on equal pay because perhaps, just perhaps, people are paid according to experience, talent, persona, on screen presence, industry connections, previous fame, sex appeal, intelligence, negotiating skills, commitment to the craft or sheer luck.
