I cannot stress enough how much regular exercise has helped me to keep a level-head. I usually jog about 10 miles a week with weight training intermitted throughout (I keep it fairly light, but always improving, no need for a hernia).
Even before i discovered MGTOW–two weeks ago, i would “force” myself to do some kind of physical activity, but lately, I have grown to simply enjoy exercise and maintaining my good health. I do not have to “force” myself into it anymore.
When you exercise all kinds of feel good chemicals are released and one simply does feel high after a good workout. If you’re just getting back into exercise, the key is to take it slow and make small but substantial improvements; Rome was not built in a day, s~~~ takes time, the body is like a piece of marble that must be sculpted. Exercise hurts at first, but that will go away and you will begin to look forward to the high.
And speaking of high, I also regularly hit the bong, of which does not affect my stamina or motivation in the slightest. Maybe you could say Ive chosen the high road. Furthermore, these tips work wonders for myself and my positive mental mindset thought I would share my insight. Give it a try.
welcome.

endorphins are released and you get “high”.
