His nutrition info is as good as it gets. He is a world class expert.
Get past the product pitch. He means well. He developed his products decades ago because they were not available back then.
Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?
Thanks Roy Dal..I posted a thread last night. .I drink alone. .that guy knows his stuff pretty well. .also a cheap way to alkaline is a teaspoon of baking soda in water. .get the best baking soda at a health food store or online. .red mills 99.9 aluminum free! ..aluminum is linked to early on set alzheimers..
That guy has a very fair point as far as mixed drinks are concerned. A) because personally for this reason I meanwhile avoid drinking beer and after that vodka orange, since it seems I can’t take vodka that easily in fact to me that’s like a killer quite literally.
Once I was on a p~~~ with that kind of deadly combination, went home on public transports in the midst of winter (when in the carriage it was warm whilst outside on the platform it was freezing cold) and that was it: literally seconds after disembarking the train I blacked right out.
When I came to a few minutes after, I noticed somebody helped me up and me still buzzing big time and being all puzzled about what had just happened. Well, and to top things off next thing I felt the back of my head and suddenly had my own blood on my hands: an open wound on my head. It took a couple of stitches at a nearby hospital to take care of this one that night/morning and in my state needless to say without even any local anestetics necessary. Boy was I f~~~ed up when I finally got home after that one I’m telling ya.
So ever since then I avoid those two very different drinks in that order like the plague.
And B) by and large I generally try to stick even to the same sort of beer whenever I go out. As a remedy for this rather mild kind of hangover (as in two sorts of different beer brands in a row if that happens) I tend to just drink one small glass of water prior to going to sleep for counteracting the dehydration process reponsible for the classic headache typical in the following morning. That usually does the trick for me combined with a nice lengthy lie-in in bed.
And that brings me to a slight funny quote I read somewhere quite recently (translated into English for you guys):
“Sleep is my drug the bed is my drug deeler and the alarm clock equals the cops…” (or a too early ringing phone, whichever of the two is the most “convenient”, especially so on a long weekend) – Anyway, cheers Roy for the share –

I'd rather die a natual death with a clear MGTOW conscience somewhere off the grid than one within "modern" civilisation with a big stress mark on my forehead and a couple of dozen tubes plugged into my body. Back to the plantation..? Me..? Hey, literally: I won't ever fucking kid myself...YZERLMNTSIC
