It seems to me that immigrants, who aren’t brainwashed by gynocentrism, are most likely to get married, remain married, and start a family in the USA. I’ve noticed that Latin American women, in particular, seem eager to serve their husbands. I think it’s culturally ingrained in their minds. That program gets erased when their daughters grow up with their feminist, man-hating peers, though.

Immigrant families seem to have a firm cohesion compared to most American families. Generations of family members often share the same house. Children are raised by their parents and their grandparents. Getting a divorce means breaking up the family—which would result in having a social stigma and economic insecurity. In contrast, an American couple may get a divorce because they’re bored.

I also think gay people will have long marriages because of their struggle to change state marriage laws. I figure that those who are denied something will cherish it more than those who already have it (strait couples).

As female hypergamy reaches higher levels, and more men drop out of college, the list of eligible bachelors will shrink. American women will marry their teddy bears, live in a house full of pets, or spend a lifetime dating men who are “out of their league.”

Lol…I know a few gay couples that got married soon as they could. None of them are still together. Gay marriage is like a little kid having a really f~~~ing stupid toy playing in front of another little kid. The little kid that doesn’t have it wants it so bad til he gets his turn…then he’s like wtf did I want this stupid thing for and loses interest in it 30 seconds later.

I have noticed that too. Latinas are generally warmer, and I agree about it being culturally engrained to an extent … but I wouldn’t know how that translates to their personal marriages and relationships.

“Marriage” is donkey show. For gays too. A marriage contract is a merging of corps like a business arrangement. I understand why they pound their fists on the table for the “right” to marry like anyone else, but it’s like wanting the “right” to freely drive yourself off a cliff. A man sees it as an investment. He doesn’t marry with intent to divorce. Women – on the other hand – “make a case for the starter marriage”. (Anyone can look it up).

The first time I ever saw a group of women sitting around using the term “starter husband” and they were out “celebrating” their divorce, I knew the “future of marriage” was f~~~ing cancelled. And I’m glad I saw it too.

I don’t think love, commitment or any other feelz made any marriage stay together. I think a lack of options did. Once people had choices the choice to change up their life was one of them.

More likely perhaps. There is no most likely. And even then it’s only slightly more likely.

I know plenty of men who have been burned by marrying latinas. I employ a few. At most it means they have to put up with extra crazy before she cashes in in the divorce.

All immigration really means is there’s a fresh supply of naive immigrant men who foolishly believe marriage still means what they thought it did in the old country. It’s fresh fodder for the American Divorce Industry.

Actually it doesn’t necessarily take that long. There was a study done in Canada about a year ago that showed a dramatic spike in reported DV. It was directly attributed to the influx of non-Western refugees. It didn’t take very long at all for the gals to clue into the Western family laws and feminist ‘rights’. Apparently their hubbies still needed a bit more time with that…

On Monday night I met a recent “refugee” who came into Canada with his family with all those supposed Syrian refugees. They got housing across the street from me 3 months ago, 2 month ago she filed for a divorce due to DV. He isn’t even allowed to pick up or drop off the kids on that side of the street. So he does the swap right in front of my place.
I chatted with him for a bit, he claims they are originally from Saudi Arabia and have been in Canada for just over a year. They started in Montreal, moved to Toronto, and now are here.
He wants to go back to Saudi NOW, because he has to work to pay for himself and his family now instead of having the system take care of them all. He is NOT a happy camper let me tell you.
