Starch is the staple.
+ fruits / veggies
+ grass fed organic RED meat every now and then
+ lots of omega 3 fats
+ get rid of the flouride. Drink clean water.
Note: I’m not so sure about bread, specifically white bread. It’s just empty calories.

Actually many starches act like pure sugar in our bodies. Much more dangerous than fats. Good fats are the key along with proteins. That’s what our ancestors ate and what we evolved to eat. We were headed for extinction until we became hunters and and ate grass-eating animals rich in Omega-3s. Unfortunately most meat today is corn fed packed with Omega-6s. Corn is a nutritional abomination to both animals and the people who eat them.

Yes good fats are key. You’re right about many starches being s~~~ nowadays, especially corn. Also depends how you cook them.
Grass-fed beef and organic eggs are the best source of protein. Too much and you get sluggish though.
Starch is good slow energy. If you cook the s~~~ out of it, it will convert the starch to sugar much faster.
Try sweet potatoes. Do not let them get too soft. Boatloads of energy all day.

This guy is a total fraud. We did not evolve to eat most starches. Our ancestors survived by eating grass-fed meat, eggs and other complete proteins along with good fats (all high in Omega-3s) along with naturally occurring fruits and plants – not the starchy genetic mutations which modern civilization has created like corn, white rice and potatoes. Long term studies show that people who eat high fat diets live longer than those who eat high carb diets.
The way to health is to eat the Paleolithic we evolved to eat over millions of years.Actually many starches act like pure sugar in our bodies. Much more dangerous than fats. Most of what you say is true. However, starches (carbs) have high glycemic indexes, are sources of quick energy (usually too quick) and lead to blood sugar level spurts, insulin resistance and diabetes. Complex carbs with lower glycemic indexes are safer.
The best sources of sustained energy are proteins and fats.white rice = s~~~
corn = s~~~
white potatoes = s~~~
bread = s~~~
I prefer brown rice, oats, sweet potatos, beans for my complex carbs. Don’t forget cavemen ate many root vegtables. Thats about as starchy as you can get.
I’m somewhere between paleo + starch + veggies. fruit in moderation as it’s high-sugar
Experiment and see what works best for you. I find sweet potatoes give me loads of energy for several hours and digestion is very easy.
Many grains are s~~~, I agree with you there.
I work a very physically demanding job so I can’t eat massive amounts of meat during the day. I find it slows me down too much.
Cook as lightly as possible to keep the glycemic index down. The softer it gets the more it breaks down into sugar.
Also dont forget about seeds and nuts. All of them are complete proteins and they’re all packed with omega 3s

I love the debate guys.
Forget about ego.
Mgtow come together to share their viewpoints and we all become better for it.
I do not care about being right. All I care about is truth.
Much information out there on diet and everyone has their angle.
I find the best way is to experiment and see what works best for your individual situation.
The body will respond positively or negatively. Direct experience is best.
I’d imagine things are different depending on your racial/genetic background as well as your level of physical exercise.
