I swear my STBxW had someone coach her for court.
Every simple yes/no question she answered segued into a sob story of some hardship she had to endure. She all but told the court I was an atheist, bad if you live in the Bible Belt. She cried bc I didn’t take our kid when I wasn’t at work. I can’t pick up a toddler at 2am when I get off work and I certainly can’t come over at 6am to make breakfast. She straight up lied about me asking to have our kid on days I was off work, but not scheduled to have custody. So she could inflate the amount she was having to pay for childcare and cast me as an uninvolved parent. She fumbled around saying I would bring home “big boxes of beer” to drink. WTF, you’re an adult and drink alcohol. You know the difference between a 12-pack and a case. You know I would bring home a 12-pack every now and then and have a few beers on my day off, especially if I had a long day of yard work. Also, neglect to mention that this was years before we had a kid.
This stuff is real and either a coach or attorney is going to practice with her how to lie by omission, half truth, or lack of context.
A co-worker recently told me, "If you want to see who someone really is, divorce them." I have found out how true this is. When your wife drops the façade of being the caring partner, you will witness all of the greed, hate, and spite that she has masked. It is truly breathtaking!

Here is my take. My PROBATION officer comes to my house today PUSHING me and saying like the GOOD RAMSEY Jew he is that “He can make it happen”. And again, “I SEE NOTHING THAT STOPS YOU”…
I ask him ONE QUESTION:
DO I HAVE AN ACTIVE RESTRAINING ORDER NOW?
THe answer was… …..”I don’t know”.
So then I ask.. “Wait… So HOW DO YOU KNOW that I can SEE MY SON, and the LAWYER IS WRONG?”
