Well, it’s official, the ex-wife has to sell the house. I signed the papers yesterday. I know it’s written on that type of paper, what is it called again… made of pussy-pass fibres in any case…

There’s a nice clause in it though. I can hold her responsible for unpaid mortgage payments and related fees. That’s a nice one for my MGTOW piece of mind. Keep fighting guys, little by little you can make in-roads. Mind you, I’m aware that anything goes at divorce judgement time, but I’ll cross that bridge when I get to it.

    Why??

She and Chad unable to make the mortgage payments??

    50/50 split of assets??

Both my financial situation and hers are too similar, so in my jurisdiction, when that can be proven, the house must go.

Holding her responsible for unpaid mortgage… that’s a just-in-case clause, so far the house is still not in the bank’s hands.

I’m glad I got past all that. When I was basically forced from my home last year, I felt very alone and missed my home very much for months. Then, it didn’t take a year after the separation and ex-c~~~ had her Chad move in. That really threw me for a whirl! My place! Some dick in my place! Well I got past that too (not without some severe bouts of red-pill rage though I must add). Now that I’ve been living in my place here for a while I’ve got it fixed up and running the way I want. It’s mine but it’s totally under my control (as long as I pay the rent). AND THAT SIRS feels GREAT! I have peace here. It’s damned small, but I got over that too. All those bitches do is harden us guys that can take it! We come out stronger. We get pass it all with even more legit NFG attitude etched into our brains. My sons see first hand what their mom has done. They get the time of day right! I have a job too now which just adds to the sense of security. I RULE THE DAMNED ROOST!

There’s a nice clause in it though. I can hold her responsible for unpaid mortgage payments and related fees.

FWIW, most likely, she will never pay you unless you file a lien on the property and collect any amounts due on sale (at closing).
Women will play the ‘Catch Me If You Can’ game any time it comes to money owed to their ex.
    Good Luck !

I should not have to play the chasing game if all goes according to the law here in my jurisdiction. The court overlooks the split, and it goes 50 / 50 from the get-go. It’s a patrimonial asset. (Love the sound of that word PA-TRI-MO-NI-AL).

Sorry, I misunderstood. (Guess I’ve split hairs with too many lawyers in my lifetime)

I confused “I can hold her responsible…” with ‘The court will hold her responsible’

    Again, good luck !

I moved out of a 2,500 square foot house to a 550 square foot efficiency apartment (without washer/dryer hookups). The new place is all mine and the peace and quite is priceless. I smile and am thankful each time I walk through the door of this little place.

Bet she didn’t see that coming. There’s a million legal “loopholes” she could’ve used to keep it. If you’re a woman, and you don’t come out of a divorce with everything, then you’re just stupid.

Which is perfectly fine by me.

Indeed, she was probably too busy securing Chad services to think of the game…
