I work for a very large STEM corporation known for our innovation and outstanding engineering, every other week we have a corporate magazine that is published and employees can get a copy for free. This latest magazine featured an article from our Diversity and Inclusion Council about the four main goals they plan to carry out to move our corporation “forward”.

(word for word)
1. Transforming the employee engagement cost structure, bringing a more equitable alignment of resources that offer greater engagement, collaboration and inclusion impacts.
2. Advancing diversity and inclusion across the enterprise for people of color and females by assessing and better understanding how we can improve the environment, experience and retention specifically for these two groups.
3. Reinforcing an inclusive culture of hiring and retention that is stimulated by a larger pool of candidates who don’t have STEM degrees.
4. Empowering our employees to achieve the vision of one MS sector to help eliminate barriers, stovepipes and legacy business practices.

Allow me to translate what they really mean:

1. Redistribution of “Wealth” to make the less important people and/or the slackers feel more important
2. Affirmative action because there’s just too many whites and asians, let alone men; especially in those high paying, technical fields of work
3. Idiocracy because only people who DON’T HAVE A F~~~ING STEM DEGREE… can’t see through any of the bulls~~~ these idiots are spouting to stay on top in a F~~~ING STEM COMPANY!!!
4. Hypocracy, because only by being absolutely hypocritical (or evil), can we institute actual “Old Girls’ Clubs” to combat perceived “Old Boys’ Clubs”

We are so f~~~ed, any future with these people is f~~~ed. Why did they have to hire a bunch of gender studies majors to HR and a bunch of dickless cucks to upper management? So many people depend on what we build. They are probably gonna die at some point once this s~~~ really kicks in.

There will be CIVIL WAR at some point in the near future, that’s a given.
WHEN, is anyone’s guess but I can make a fairly accurate guess.
Tragedies always take a series of events happening almost simultaneously in order for them to occur.
So, in that light here’s an example of “when”

1- The unemployed factory worker who was “let go” by their employer, then moved everything overseas meets up with the illegal Male that is working a construction job in his hometown on the street.

2- The young mother with a sick child who is put in line behind an illegal alien mother with same and she has to pay; the illegal rides free.

3- The guy who went to work and found out he longer gets his annual bonus and is now at home watching the news of his local politicians voting themselves a 20% raise.

4- The poor Schmuck that just got done working a 70hr workweek getting cut-off on the ride home.

5- The gang-banger that just got ripped-off by his connection,……. for the 4th time.

6- Some “Protesters” demonstrating in the wrong place with a little more passion for their cause than usual.

Put all these together in the same place,at the same time and you might get a Civil War.
(of course them happening seperately at the same time is just an ordinary day!)

I’ve met very few competent female engineers — even among ones who have done well in school (some of whom have attended very prestigious schools). When they are confronted with a problem that’s outside of what their schooling may have taught them, they don’t know what to do. It seems that most of them lack the sort of innate understanding of systems and how things go together that my male colleagues have. There also is a HUGE difference between engineers who get into the profession because they took things apart as kids to truly understand how “stuff” works, and those who are only in the field because they like math and thought it would be interesting — or because family pressured them (common with folks from certain foreign nations). And don’t get me started on “tech” companies hiring people with humanities degrees and NO technical experience to work in technical positions (I’ve had to deal with several of these lately — if you have to refer all of my questions to your engineering folks, why not just let ME talk to them directly?)

Man! That photo — are they at a funeral? Not a happy-looking face among them.

This is very common in medicine.

Women are rote-learners. They have no sense of curiosity or – despite the propaganda – intuition. They simply can’t think outside the box – when they are confronted with anything that doesn’t fit exactly with what the textbook says, they fall apart.

Particularly true with Asians from the Indian subcontinent.

Women are attracted to medicine by the high salaries and the prestige (and no doubt the possibility of marrying a doctor and then ‘retiring to raise a family’). There is also a measure of feminist brainwash too.

I’ve seen many young female medics who were deeply unhappy, and only one who I would consider competent and properly motivated.

Most female ‘engineers’ go into softer roles like project management. Just be ready to jump ship when the time is right.

Damn… I love engineering and product design. As one who works in the field.. Women are generally AWFUL if you have to work with them… My condolences… But hey, If you’ve got the skills, Find a place with a better pay grade and all male HR. That last part may be tough since most “men” in HR are simps or gay and I dont consider them men…

Funny that I ran across this thread,….
I do a LOT of Technical work for a few large Companies. They tried yrs ago to integrate women into our field, but they quickly fell to their own ignorance as most of us were not inclined to help them. (the CHEAP Co. I work for hired them for a lot less than us and were hell-bent on replacing us as soon as they “Came up to speed”).
Trouble was none of them were any good, so top management moved them quickly into administrarive roles. They were still in our dept., just behind a desk now all the time while WE did the field work. Nice huh? Eventually, they all got transferred and things went back to the way they were.
The LAST female THOUGHT she was smart! She was going to introduce a new process at a morning staff meeting and in doing so wiped the white board clean of a new process we were GOING TO BE introduced to. Our dept head came in 2 hrs early and wrote it all down on the
(you guessed it) White board!!
She got FIRED for using profanity 2 weeks later.

I can always tell the “Book” engineers from the “Mustangs” just from the way it has been designed. “Book” engineers neglect a lot of simple matters that make a big difference in how something should work, or is put together.

ZERO WOMEN in tech and it is their own fault.
