When you compare the pay for people with similar qualifications for the same job, the difference is very small (less than 4%).

If I’m hiring I’m more willing to pay a man more because I know he won’t get pregnant and take time off/quit to take care of the kids. That’s worth of few percent more.

While feminists totally ignore the workplace fatalities gap –

But then again, how many women do we hear of getting crushed to death by a ream of A4 paper or a packet of paperclips falling from the stationery cupboard, or being electrocuted using the photocopier?

Gotta love that gender equality, especially in the jobs where there’s little risk of getting crushed to death by a crane, sliced by a chainsaw, getting dragged into a lathe, being decapitated by high-tension wires, shot on the frontline, or electrocuted by live-line maintenence.

And then you have the sexual effort gap! It’s ironic that most men’s blue-pill behavior is done in the pursuit of sex, and from personal experience men make most of the physical effort during sex. We do most the thrusting and physical exertion, while the woman just lays there on her back getting ‘serviced’ and moaning in pleasure. From my experience on this planet the ‘dud-lays’ way outnumber the number of women willing to put in any effort with a decent blowjob, cowgirl, reverse-cowgirl or any type of position which required any aerobic activity on her part. Most women default to laying on their back in the missionary position – the laziest position possible. Then there is also the orgasm gap! The woman would have multiple orgasms to my one, so where was my sexual equality?

Effort gap is absolutely right. For the past decade I’ve been working in the natural resource industries, work that is predominantly male for a very good reason. And naturally with the whole political correctness and equal opportunity nonsense, women are slowly infiltrating our workplace. Most are about as useful as hanging a pair of coveralls from a scarecrow. There are some places within our operations where they can make due and get by without much performance drop off. But by and large, anything that requires physical labour or trouble shooting they essentially hang out for $40 an hour and call the supervisor to do their work for them. Almost like a go-between. Computers recognize a problem, the woman confirms the problem and then calls a man to fix the problem.
