What I hate most about modern western films isn’t that most are gynocentric, it’s that most pander to the social justice warrior crowd. The last movie I went to see was Deadpool and while it wasn’t extremely good it wasn’t extremely terrible either.

But, movies such as the new Star Wars remake, Ghostbusters, Mad Max, Fantastic 4, etc. pander to the SJWs so much that it makes me want to vomit. I don’t mind films/TV shows with a romance element to them if done right. I don’t mind a film with only women in it if done right. I don’t mind a film with an all gay crowd if done right. Same goes if a film only has all minority characters in it.

What I hate are these crappy reboots/remakes of movies that put only women/minority crowds in them for the sake of “diversity.” They also never even make the plot remotely interesting. Mad Max for instance, had great action scenes in it. However, I had to walk out in the middle of the film. Why? Because they just made Mad Max your typical mangina/cuckhold for the main woman in the film. A running joke around the internet about that movie is that they should’ve named the movie Mad Furiosa instead.

Same f~~~ing thing with the new Star Wars remake. They should’ve renamed the movie to “Star Wars The Estrogen Awakens.”

Gynocentric films that were made before the year 2005/2010 had more depth, a better plot, overall better action scenes, and better characters

Classics such as: Back To The Future, Forrest Gump, BeetleJuice, etc. Are the best examples of this. Even though they were gynocentric in most cases, they had better and more likeable characters and better story lines.

What Hollywood doesn’t seem to understand is this:

If you do it right the first time, costumers will come running through the ticket lines just to see the movie. They’ll even camp out all night like they do with iPhones on the sidewalks just to get a ticket.

Instead, they pander to these social justice warrior f~~~tards who, from what I’ve seen, are only a f~~~ing MINORITY in the western world. Granted, they’re a loud minority, but a minority nonetheless. Which is why you see Hollywood declining at a f~~~ing high rate. They’re losing sales fast and are flabbergasted as to why this is. Well, if they got their heads out of their f~~~ing asses they’d know it’s because they only pander to social justice warrior f~~~tards.

This, is why I try to avoid remakes/modern movies as it is. Every time I went to a theater within the past few years it felt like I was just wasting my money. I have a better time watching old classics such as Lord Of The Rings Trilogy than I do going out and wasting 11 dollars on a movie that I know will pander to a retarded as f~~~ SJW crowd.

It’s clear what’s going on in the movie industry and we all know who they are backed and owned by.

Agree. Social engineering delivered by the other globally “oppressed” group whose actions warrant shunning.

Indiana Jones (c.1983) is a character that just doesn’t exist in films anymore. The lineups for those movies at that time were 2 city blocks long…. but when I went to see StarWars EPVII I , it was opening week , book my ticket at 4PM and got 2 tickets – dead center – for a 9PM show. What the hell is up with that.

James Bond is still OK with the fems because he’s basically a bitch for queen and country who is “allowed” to womanize… and Judy Dench (as “M”) is his female boss who called him a “sexist mysoginist dinosaur” , and the entire plot of Skyfall was to protect her. Whatever.

I used to go to the movies ALL the time. 2 / 3 times a month when I was about 20.
The last movie I saw in a theatre before Star Wars was “Gravity”.

James Camerons “Avatar” REALLY put me off with the way the male lead was a cripple and told he was a “jarhead stupid idiot” throughout the whole film. It was totally unnecessary. But the flip was obvious when the blue bitch saved him and then gave him s~~~: “you’re like a baby”. It was painting the male lead as totally helpless and as weak as possible – in purpose.

That’s how they make the women look “strong” – LOWER the male as far as possible.

Even back when Indiana Jones, and Bond had “dumb blondes” in their movies, he grabbed her by the wrist and risked himself to protect her no matter how much of an annoying nuisance she was. But TWICE in StarWars7, she tells him “Let go! I can handle myself!” like she was insulted that he was only trying to help her. TWICE. It’s not even a subtle message. They are trying to club the audience over the head with it. And when she pilots the Falcon and trains Han Solo how to use it, that was just give me my money back.

The new Ghostbusters is a shameful new low.
A woman telling another woman “nobody is better at quantum physics than you”.

Now THAT’s funny. But they didn’t intend it to be.

If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.

True. I used to go to the movies lots, but the PC narrative does my head in. Anyone with half a brain can spot the feminist propaganda a mile off. Not paying to watch that crap.

Not paying to see movies where the guy has to rescue some damsel in distress either. And not paying to watch war films where men get killed.

I want to see movies where the guy says sod getting married and goes has fun and pursues his dreams and goals. Why, can’t we have a movie about Tesla. That could make a great movie.

    Oh dear oh dear.

Just imagine, how poorly Blade Runner II is likely to turn out for Harrison Ford or whoever else might be starring as Rick Deckard.

I will rue the day when this flick will be released in 2017 or 2018. I hear they are about to start shooting it near Budapest this year (with Ridley Scott not as a director but only as exec producer), but anyway B R 2 is definitely on my personal boycott list already, as much as I was fan of the original…

I'd rather die a natual death with a clear MGTOW conscience somewhere off the grid than one within "modern" civilisation with a big stress mark on my forehead and a couple of dozen tubes plugged into my body. Back to the plantation..? Me..? Hey, literally: I won't ever fucking kid myself...YZERLMNTSIC

I find it interesting that the last movie that was very MGTOW was made over a decade ago. It was the Men Who Stare at Goats. About a journalist whom pines for his ex-wife whom left him, but he eventually learns to move on, while in the middle of a warzone. And no, he is not a soldier. He is just following someone else. And it becomes a question of who is more the foolish. The fool, or the fool who follows him. (Yes. A Star Wars jokes. But, that movie was loaded with them.)

Then, there is American Sweethearts, which is almost MGTOW, but does show exactly what a western modern woman is like.

That’s what I hated about the new Star Wars film. It just had to lower male standards for women. Luke had to work from the bottom to become as strong as he was in Empire Strikes Back. But, I noticed with the new female role, she’s powerful from day 1. I noticed that with the s~~~ lead from Tomorrow Land as well. When she just “knew” how to operate machinery from a different world, she, and all the male leads, just said “well, you know, she just knows how to do this s~~~.”

If you have to lower standards for women in and outside of fiction, you know they’re not worth a damn for anything but sex.

Movies have degenerated into formulaic explosive diarrhea format. They keep “rebooting” same things over and over again. I think this next spider man is the 3rd “reboot”.
I stopped watching movies a while ago at the theaters. They are not worth the 15.00 plus for a ticket. I visit “MovieSpoiler.com” see if the plot is worth any of my money, then watch them on Netflix or amazon.

I’m more inclined to watch films from the 1950s to the 1980s now because of this downfall. Almost every movie that comes out now has to be based off of something. It has to be based off of a novel or a true event or a video game or a comic. It has to be a remake or a reboot. It has to have cliches and unoriginal s~~~ in it. It’s so uncommon nowadays to find a movie that doesn’t fit in with these expected values.

And that just leads the way to implement more social justice in them without actually building character. Honestly, I liked Star Wars: The Force Awakens, but characters weren’t built very well in favor of a “strong, independent woman”. Not just a “woman”, but a “strong, independent” one. The new Ghostbusters film looks like a pile of s~~~. Marvel and DC movies HAVE to have people like the Human Torch (Fant4stic) or Deadshot (Suicide Squad) to be black, while the main character for the new Ghost in the Shell movie has to be white and not Asian. No one wants to stay true to the source material, and staying away from it rarely works.

The same could be said for television shows, but there’s more depth in them.

hollywood produces what sells. you can complain about the decline of hollywood, and i wouldn’t argue with you as they ran out of original ideas years ago, but the root cause is the decline of the movie audience. viewers keep watching this formulaic, cookie cutter bulls~~~. until viewers develop more discerning tastes, and stop buying tickets for this tripe, it’s garbage for all.

It is not feminists who are brainwashing you, it is left wing Jewish controlled social engineering. Notice the rise of the black male leads in Hollywood in the 5-10 years leading up to Obama? Notice the rise of strong female characters in the 5-10 years leading up to Hillary? You think these people don’t think long term? lol Zionism itself is a conspiracy dating back to the 1800’s, and they eventually got what they wanted in that regard as well.

One of he most interesting examples of re-makes is Rollerball. In the 75 version the main character is surrounded by social degradation and corporate power. Power had been monopolized down to 5 or so entities that ran everything. In the 2002 remake all of that part of the story is gone…It had been cleansed. All the while the world of 2002 looked a lot more like the 75 Rollerball. It is a prime example of how Hollywood has changed from a place where art is made to what we have now, a propaganda/social engineering machine controlled by a small group of people who have the same interests and goals. Dave Chappelle bailed the whole scene because of how much control these people wanted over him.

Also, I can recall movie after movie reminding me of Jewish plight, THE Holocaust (as if there has only been one) and the demonization of Russia over and over and over… Still haven’t seen a movie come out of Hollywood about how modern day Israel came into being, or anything from a Palestinians point of view… That is strictly off limits apparently.

I think Whorlly-wood has done some deep analysis and has come to realize that men dont go to the movies as much as women.Women will go in groups with each other to see some jennifer aniston romantic comedy, men usually go as a date night not casually like women. Also you can dumb down the writing and production because women are not detail oriented when it comes to cinema. If he’s hawwt and some chick they idol is in the film its a go! Mix in men going their own way, gamers, and the internet a guys desire to see a film tanks unless its some marvel or action film to get him off the couch. Let them have hollywood to get their attention off of the men trying to go their own way….

Never lose sight of what brought you here.

Hollywood is filled with communists now. If these people aren’t creating junk, then they’re destroying what’s actually good. Hence the bad remakes of good movies.

If these people weren’t so rotten, they could easily find new stories to make movies about. There are tons and tons of stories that have never gotten a movie made about them.

Films are definitely going down the drain, and they’re gonna get worst.
I was reading some news the other day, and something about films came up, apparently SJWs are really pushing to have more “diverse” writers, never mind merit, what matters is how much of a minority the writer is, and THAT’S how you make steaming piles of crap.

Now I’m gonna watch the Terminator 2 which is not only better than almost everything coming out today, it still has special effects better than most CGI today.

    @Mister Man Smith

Yep. Terminator 2 was way better. And it didn’t rely heavily on CGI effects as a lot of movies rely on it today. The Transformers movies for instance, relied almost entirely on CGI.

I don’t mind special effects at all, but if you use it in place of acting skills, your movie is gonna suck ass.

I also hate that social justice warriors are pushing for more diversity in movies. One thing that bugged me the most about the new Fantastic 4 movie was that they replaced a character that was originally white and made him black instead.

If you need more diverse characters you don’t need to replace them with already existing characters in the name of diversity. It’s like replacing Spider-man and making him into a racially mixed, gay, transgendered, midget.
That’s what SJWs are doing with superhero movies, franchises like Ghostbusters, and other well known movies.

If you need a superhero that’s racially mixed, gay, transgendered, and a midget, make him an original character with a great back story. Don’t turn already well known good characters into minorities for the sake of diversity.

But, SJWs don’t get this point because they’re f~~~wads.

It’s interesting to watch old movies where wives are actually supportive of their husbands. Their husbands actually get a sense of relief and shelter when they return home. Home is a safe space no matter what goes on outside it. Was that what life was like back then, or was Hollywood just creating a fantasy?
