The Curious Case of Staff Sergeant Parsons

Easily one of the most disgusting paternity fraud cases I’ve ever seen. A woman cheats on her Marine husband while he’s deployed, gets knocked up, and when he finds out it’s not his four years later, she takes him to the cleaners. The court ruled that despite him having the better testimony and the judge more or less flat out admitting that she’s a piece of s~~~, he still has to pay, and by the time he’s done paying in 12 years he’ll have given her $250 000.

What gets me the most isn’t that she cheated while he was in Iraq, or that she got knocked up, or that she strung him along, or even that she doesn’t let him see the kid. What gets me is that she’ll still take him to court and behave like SHE HAS DONE NOTHING WRONG. Absolute SCUM.

The usual reasoning is ‘It’s the law.’
It’s about time the law was changed then. How about forcing a paternity test to determine fraud? Isn’t that justice? If it’s not the husbands child and the courts deem its all about the child, then make the child’s real father, grand parents, uncles, aunties etc pay for it. This way you won’t get family members encouraging this fraudulent behavior, they’ll be doing their best to discourage it.

Women are so bad, if they changed the law so I kept the house, I still wouldn't marry one. I'd rather be homeless.

This blue piller is pretty thick IMO,she must have had him sized up pretty quick esp with the 20K ‘dream wedding’.
Then after he finds out he’s not the father, why did he wait so long to contest?
    Again not smart.
To top it all off he gets remarried!!!
    WTF???
Maybe this one will be different,LOL
    I just can’t pity a fool.

Lifes a bitch, but you don't have to marry one!

One out of ten people was fathered by someone other than the person they call dad.

The courts often are not overly concerned with the rights of the man. They want someone to pay for the child.

I think the legal definition of Father varies depending on the state.

I’m not an attorney, but from reading, in general, a man may be presumed to be the father of a child if one of the following is true:

1.He and the child’s mother are or were married to each other, and the child is born during the marriage or within 300 days after the marriage has ended.
    2. Before the birth of the child, he and the child’s mother attempted to marry, and the marriage is or could be declared invalid, and the child is born during the marriage or within 300 days after the marriage is terminated.
    3. He’s listed, with his consent, as the father on the child’s birth certificate.
    4. He’s acknowledged his paternity in writing.
    5. He’s obligated to support the child, either by voluntary agreement or court order.
    6. While the child is a minor, he’s resided with the child and openly claimed the child as his biological child.

According to the above definition, this unfortunate Sergeant was probably considered to be the father and was placed on the hook for $250K.
I would personally hire an army of lawyers, but the woman wants her money and the courts often oblige.

She should have been hanged for treason.

Yet nothing is done. Nothing will happen until a powerful official gets f~~~ed.

For an example torn from today’s headlines: Hillary is off scot-free yet again, and there are men in prison for one email they sent, no harm intended, to the wrong person.

Here is another less toxic example. The National Football League always seems to put the two teams with the highest TV ratings into the Superbowl. Gee … Whatta coincidence that is.

The list goes on, but the simple fact is that elites have been putting themselves over us little people since the days when we dwellet in trees and threw rocks at predators.

As for me, I’m happy and content to be one of the little people. Let the bastards grind each other down on their own time.

Poor but honest am I, like the fairy tale character.

military types have a strong sense of duty and old fashioned values, generally speaking. Not all of course. It doesn’t get any bluer pill than a soldier. It doesn’t surprise me that these guys get hosed as often as they do.

I bathe in the tears of single moms.
