The "Craziness" Defense

I’ve formulated a new theory today.

A common assertion regarding females is that they’re “all crazy and bats~~~ insane.” We’ve seen women advertising their mental instability many ways, such as wearing “More Issues Than Vogue” T-shirts. I’ve even heard women say things like “no that’s true, we are all bats~~~ crazy.”

Does anyone else think that it’s all bogus? Using that defense is kind of like someone who gets put on trial for murder whose lawyer tries to claim that they had some sort of undiagnosed mental illness. Everyone knows it’s complete crap and they’re just trying to get their client a lenient sentence and avoid the death penalty.

I think women are starting to take pride in being called “crazy” because it allows them to exercise plausible deniability. I think they know full well what they’re doing and they’ll get away with almost anything because of their special snowflake status in the eyes of the justice system. If anyone does attempt to take them to task, they can play the “I have more issues than Vogue” card.

I call BS on all of this–women aren’t actually crazy, they’re just mostly immoral and aren’t properly held responsible for anything anymore.

My own opinion is that from time to time women actually recognize just how f~~~ed in the head they are and when it is to their advantage they admit this although I’m still sure it’s just chameleon Behavior. Let’s all just remember for a second women will never take Agency for anything ever. That is merely an idiotic justification for their own poor behavior. I think its akin to a guy at trial for robbery arguing his behavior should excused because someone else got away with the same conduct.

I’ve seen a lot of that in criminal courts, where I live.

People always tries to plead the “insanity” card, since it will get you out of the harshest sentences, but the thing is, if it fails, you are going to pay in double. Judges don’t like that, because that usually overrules all of their line of thinking, manipulate the jury and causes major damages to the case, because there will ALWAYS be the doubt in the jurors head “But what about if the perpetrator REALLY is insane? Am I condemning an insane person to a life in jail or to the death?”.

So, yes, this is a kind of a “plea”, to see if the “juror” gets more lenient towards her immoral ass.

As a legal matter demonstrating “diminished capacity” is nearly impossible. Yes a guy like Hinkley got away with it because back then the standard was applied in a broader context. It is largely because of his case that things have been tightened up. In order to prevail with this defense one must be incapable of knowing right from wrong. For example:

I shot that guy because he is an alien beaming voices into my head—that dog won’t hunt because he still knows that murder is wrong; even if his justification for it was nuts. OR

I didn’t shoot that guy because my gun was a peanut butter and jelly sandwich (when of course it was gun) That may have a chance.

A woman will jump on any wagon, run down any train, jump through any hoop if it gets her some attention.

By the way, Dave is right–calling this a “new” theory is really a misnomer. I’m just tired of women using it as an excuse and men inexplicably admitting it, yet still choosing to tie the knot. I know more than a few defeated married men who admit that “all women are crazy.” I think they’re complicit in the whole thing in a backdoor way–what they’re really trying to say is “I married a bad person” but they won’t admit it even to themselves.

The complete absence of any rational thought could be interpreted as insanity. That said rational thought is hardly required for a creature still stuck in a ‘procreate and survive’ mode. A woman calling herself crazy is like a pig thinking it’s a pig… it’s perfectly accurate but hardly an excuse and we should do our best not to let that pig fly.

It’s called setting the table. Women do this crap so that when it’s time to play that card, it has some credibility. They don’t really think that they are crazy but if they need to they can simply say, “You knew what I was like” which is the classic deflection that women are so good at.
Sure, you can’t kill someone and expect people to think you are insane because you say so but if you kill someone and have a history of taking medications and seeing doctors and shrinks for the voices that command you, your defense might be believable. I knew a woman who started seeing a shrink for depression simply to get the documentation for it. I don’t know how this played out because after I learned this I put some distance between me and her.
Anyways, this is why women claim that they and all women are crazy. They need an out and justification for when they do flip their lids and go bat s~~~ crazy.

Yep, a part of it giving themselves an excuse for bad behavior. “It’s not my fault, hormones made me do it”.

The other aspect is that it serves as a fake apology. An actually apology involves 3 things:
1 – admitting poor behavior.
2 – if possible, offering some sort of remedy for the damage your poor behavior caused.
3 – a commitment to not act poorly in the same fashion again.

What this ‘crazy’ thing does is go to step 1 only and expect a pussy pass for the difficult part. It’s completely useless.

Men don’t do this. The will either apologize AND make amends, or they will say this is who I am, take it or leave it. Some women will do the “this is who I am” route as well, but not without shaming the man for not being man enough to handle her.

Women plainly think with their emotions, emotions as we all know make us do stupid s~~~. Women are driven by the need to be taken care of, birth children, and also believe that they can do whatever a man can do and make their own choices. This basically means they want all the benefits and none of the work which happens a lot because most blue pillers are weak. Were we wrong to allow women freedoms they have today, should we go back to the roman times… I dunno personally, I believe everyone should have equal rights but the world is so skewed to giving women special snowflake status that there is not much we can do about it besides stay away from them and go our own way.
