It will be interesting though. I am early 50’s and almost everyone I know in the generation before me lived a simple life their last 20 or so years off the savings they accumulated till about 55/60. Now there are a s~~~loads of women that have saved nothing. They did not learn the basics their parents showed them by example. They have 6 rooms of fancy furniture that is worth nothing on the resale market and they pay for lockers to keep the stuff because they cant part with it. They will end up having to live on near poverty level government social security. They will sit with each other in rooms complaining about how terrible life is. Meanwhile there ex’s and the other men they know will be traveling the world as they used their post marriage time wisely and understand how to manage a dollar. These women will be begging these men to give them whatever break they can get. I bet a lot of blue pills actually fall for it. So glad i do not have a sister.

It’s building for sure. My sisters are in this boat. One made a career of riding alphas and impaling betas; I mean really cruel stuff. The other, much nicer at heart, but had too many must-haves on her “checklist”.

Back when I gave a $#!+, I told the first one, find a good man, let him be the man, and lose the you-go-girl-attitude, or you’ll spend your life alone.

To the second I said, lose your mother’s life script or you’ll end up just like her; full of regret and alone.

The former was a 10 the latter a 9. Both book smart and gainfully employed.

Today….the are both middle aged. The former hit The Wall, really hard. Zero prospects. The latter is being played and splayed by an alpha who’s the husband of a friend of the former. She’s basically the “other woman”.

It’s a shame because at one time, they both had it all. All the stuff women say they want out of life, my sisters had access to it all.

Men willing to marry and provide for them would queue up. I remember one guy even offered to share his credit report (way before people checked that stuff) to proof to the latter than he could support her financially.

Like most women, they blew it.

Its funny how it all plays out…at 20 I’d have given anything to have a hot, loyal girlfriend. By 30 taking a woman on a date just seems like LOL why would I want to do that? I can’t even imagine what a joke they’ll be to me by 40.

At 40 it is quite hysterical. I have broads hit on me and I’ve reached the point where it kind of arouses me when I say no and they get butt hurt when I dont wanna get makey outey or hooky uppy. If I get too turned on by it I go f~~~ my fleshlight and curl up with a bethesda game. It’s all s~~~s, giggles, and no f~~~s given here, 2017 NFG!!!

The accumulated filth of all their sex and murder will foam up about their waists and all the whores and politicians will look up and shout "save us!"....... and i'll look down and whisper "No."

We’re all f~~~ed. The government will take everything we have to pay for these c~~~s. Negative interest rates and rampant inflation. Invest in property? They’ll hit you with rent controls and other bs.

    Women created MGTOW.

No, It’s physics: Every action has an equal and opposite reaction.

i.e.: Men created MGTOW, women are simply the cause.

ROK is a BS site IMO, and I obviously don’t agree with its ideals, but that article is solid, and so is the comments section.

The below comment points out something I’ve mentioned before, women are hardwired to react according to their biology. 99% of women cannot deviate from their base instincts, which is why women act the way they do today. They latch onto strong males (gangbangers and criminals), while also looking for provider males (beta cucks) to provide for them. Monkeybranching and maintaining a supply of orbiters helps accomplish the same purpose. They will bang an alpha, but as soon as another better alpha comes along, she’ll jump ship. Just as when a conquering tribe comes along, she’ll abandon her dead husband, and bend over willingly for someone new instead of dying with the husband.

Heh. A great time saving technique to use is to never tell her what you like first, always turn it around when she asks you to “Well dear, what do you like?”. The mirroring thing is very real and so many men think that they’ve found The One when they blurt out all of their interests and she adjusts her malleable plastic “personality” to fit his.

Keep in mind (lurkers) that this is a feature of women, it’s not really something devious that they control per se, it’s just how they’re wired. It’s why she can be the wife of a French Resistance fighter in May and the bride of a Nazi occupier in December after her Resistance fighter husband was blown up by a tank shell. It’s a survival strategy, just be aware of it and learn to work around it to your advantage.

They’ll just f~~~ you over in taxes as well. A coworker of mine just sold his house in this liberal s~~~ hole and bought another one down south in a red state…roughly the same size house with an extra acre and a half worth of land(plus saving 100k on the buy price) and he’s saving 5k a year in property taxes, plus he doesn’t have to pay yearly property taxes on his vehicles anymore, the state income tax is lower, and the state sales tax is lower, and he’s escaping one of the highest gas taxes in the nation. He’s estimating saving 10k a year in state/local taxes. What the f~~~ does one get extra here for 10k a year lol…absolutely NOTHING other than the leeches get a nicer package.

Think about it…10k a year, if you buy a house at 30 and own it til 80…without doing anything fancy to account for inflation or increased taxes as they almost always go up and not down, you end up paying an extra half million dollars to support a welfare state. I’m not surprised my state is one of the few with a falling population…and its not the leeches leaving…its the young educated workers who laugh at having a career and making a life here, the retirees with money moving to low tax(and warmer!) states, and businesses capable of moving that are leaving. The producers are being punished at the expensive of the leeches and every year it gets a little worse as taxes go up and the deficit/debt grows and the democrats in charge can’t figure it out.

I’m dating a woman in her early 40’s (I’m in my upper 50’s…no brag, just fact). She changed jobs and asked about her 401K retirement account, saying that maybe she should use it to pay off part of her car loan. She mentioned that it’s her ONLY retirement account…then let it slip that it’s less than $3,000! When does she think that she’s going to retire…at 90 years old??? This is an otherwise very intelligent woman, but they just don’t have a CLUE about money.

This is just a subset of the bigger bubble we’re currently in. Simply put, there is a large section of the population who consume more then they produce. Women are primarily the culprit, and it’s only going to get worse.

I think women will suffer for this, but men will suffer as well. Women have voting rights, and are unwilling to see beyond the present, are happy to pick and chose what ‘facts’ work for them, and unwilling to take consequences of their actions. Some men are volunteering to suffer on the behalf of a woman, but for those who won’t government will force it out. We will have a ‘senior crisis’ where will come up with a wealth tax to help to redistribute to those who didn’t accumulate anything. Those with wealth will be denied social security. And will leverage inflation, printing fake money, to provide for those with less.

In some ways, I know I’ve contributed to this. Not because I don’t take care for myself, but because I did not, and don’t take care of my parents. It used to be that children would take care of parents in their old age. Now it’s not the case, partly because the cost of senior care rose, kids had their own kids later in life, kids were too selfish, and so on. The point is, the transition from seniors depending on their children to seniors having to fend for themselves would never go smoothly.

    Ok. Then do it.

I have a friend in his 50s who got married a couple years back. They were living together previously, and he just assumed that she would start contributing to the house payments. She didn’t. He never looked at her retirement account, just assumed she could handle herself. She didn’t. He realized then that by getting married, he pushed backed his retirement plans by at least a year if not more. So, yea, she was dumb for not taking care of herself, but he was dumb for not factoring these things in before he made a financial commitment.

It’s odd, as they treat each other like equals, yet they are clearly not. I get love is over money, but I have never seen any sort of appreciation for the fact that her husband is going to work for 5+ years for no other reason then her benefit.

    Ok. Then do it.

For the individual woman this is their own fault and they reap what they sow. For the society this could be a huge disaster looming on the horizon. The article does not include all the single welfare moms with 5 kids and no future. The ones who programmed their 5 children to live off the system. Sure a few will claw their way out, but the majority will look to the State for their hands outs, and have no intention of taking care of crack whore mommy when she is in her 90s.

The article is only about the few narcissists woman.
Don’t stop there. It’s like a doubling penny. First some grrl-power individuals then it doubles to more ’empowered’ and organized groups of feminists who make laws that favor state supported woman, Double again to the State supported institutions of woman who are not marrying and having babies. Double again to all these babies that become a culture of permanent dependents..and everything implodes on itself.

It will be interesting if this ever happens, because it will only be a temporary fix that will work for a few years. If the government is telling me I saved a million dollars for retirement, I’m not going to get social security after paying in my entire working life, I’m simply going to retire earlier and burn through that million before I’m entitled to social security, then say well I don’t have any wealth pay me my social security. Either that, or I’d save absolutely nothing, which would just make me part of the problem. Either way them punishing people for doing things the right way is just making things worse…but the government clearly hasn’t learned that lesson yet.

Its not just women. We were talking about 401k contributions at work last week and out of six of us, only two of us maxed it. The other four all did just enough for the match and didn’t understand why we’d set so much aside for retirement. It wasn’t even a matter of they couldn’t afford it if they wanted to…they were honestly just like why would you do that? To top it off its not even like they were using post tax money to put into a brokerage account, maxing IRAs, or investing in rental property…its just so they can take more vacations and buy more stuff now. These are all above average intelligence people with an above average salary…with a 1/3 rate of actually saving enough for a comfy retirement at a reasonable age. Sure saving 5k a year for retirement + social security could be enough to survive on, but these guys don’t understand they’re going to have to work til they are 70 or downsize severely in retirement when they are only saving that much and used to living a six figure lifestyle.

Its sad to say…but this reality is a large part of what fuels my desire to retire early and live abroad where its much more affordable and I could live a quality life on less. Why do I want to waste my life working just to fund a f~~~ed up welfare state?

I’m sure they understand this. It’s just that it isn’t the issue they are concerned about. The goal is not to make government work or a better society, it’s about getting votes and staying in power. To do that, you placate the masses regardless of wrong or right.

The other four all did just enough for the match and didn’t understand why we’d set so much aside for retirement.

I’ll be honest. I only hit the match. I’m sure I haven’t thought about retirement enough and will work longer then I need to, but I accept that. I do have company issued stocks that I won’t touch. And hopefully, I’ll be smart enough to sock away what I’m paying in child support after I no longer have to pay it (and college).

    Ok. Then do it.
