So it’s a Friday, it’s been a less than inspiring week made all the worse by a chronic lack of wine and cider. Emails from ex’s trying to goad me into replying (I continue to resist) and I can finally relax. I have the weekend all to myself.

So what does any self respecting Brit do? Why watch a foreign film of course. With a steaming mug of Earl grey.

I happened upon a film this evening called ‘Sword Master’. Typically such films involve a lot of acrobatic sword fights, some gods awful font for the subtitles and lots of quaint music.

Spoilers ahead so if you have yet to watch this film and intend to, stop reading.

So I was watching when I couldn’t help but notice a bit of MGTOW clarity kick in. See the main plot is basically this ‘wronged’ woman chasing after a guy who ditched her at the proverbial church alter. Turns out her desire for this guy was purely motivated by status. The guy she kept chasing after and indeed prepared to murder for, was after him based on his position and power.

Now the guy, he’s not having any of that. He wants to give up Worldly possessions and live the life of a recluse, being one with nature and working the land. Bit beneath her station. So aside from nagging, threatening and emotionally blackmailing him she tries to get him to accept his appointed role and marry her.

It demonstrates typical women mentality, fascinating to see in a foreign film. I’m guessing a universal truth at work here. And although a house doesn’t drop on this harpy I am happy to report she doesn’t make it to the closing credits.

Makes me wonder about non western perspectives.

    Mothers-in-law in Korean dramas.

Women are better at multitasking? Fucking up several things at once is not multitasking.

    Vas,

    Check out shadowless sword.

Also, go to a statue of King George Rex and tell him thanks for making the USA possible!

Chase a check, never chase a chick...

I think this theme may become more common in Western relationships. With more men going their own way and more women being trained to mistrust and hate men we will have women trying to force men to their will.

We have had enough. It is important to not ever “need” a woman in your life. That’s one of the main reasons not to have children. Surrogacy is fine but only because you pay the woman to go away afterward.

#icethemout; Remember Thomas Ball. He died for your children.

There’s a Mexican film from 1968 called Fando y Lis by Chilean director Alejandro Jodorowsky.

It’s about a couple wandering the desert searching for some mythical city, but the woman’s legs don’t work, her mouth compensates for that.

It’s a not so subtle allegory for the relations between men & women, in that men do all the heavy lifting while women voice their opinion about how things ought to work. Incidentally riots broke out during the film’s premiere.

Women no matter race are nearly identical.

A MGTOW is a man who is not a woman's bitch!
