So I have been thinking lately. I know right? I actually think. Phew.
Anyways past the bulls~~~. I gave up. Yes. I gave up 100 percent. What did I give up on? The supposed inherent value of utility. What does this have to do with the Philosophy section you ask? I will get to that right now. Here are the meat and potatoes.

Throughout history men have always valued the ability to provide. Wether it be to a woman, society, family or children to name a few. To most MGTOW that is elementary. Let me go into the psychological aspect of these ingrained beliefs society and women have so ardently passed on to us as men.
As humans with functioning brains we feel emotions have dreams and aspirations and have fears and regrets. Generally we as people in our lives look for acceptance in our younger years the most. The young years of your life are what mold you mostly until a conscious effort or traumatic event causes you to re evaluate your decisions.

As a boy in a family you are influenced by many factors. A few being watching your father and mother or sister/brother. Another is how school teaches utility for males and value and pampering for females but I digress. The point hammered into boy’s heads since the youngest of age is to protect and provide wether it be money, work or resources. As a man your job is clear to gain skills utilize them until you cant work anymore get old have a family then die to put it simply. Now why would any self respecting man put up with this? The answer is simple. We as men have an internal drive to dominate given by nature. Throughout the ages that drive was eventually reigned in by women and stupidly enough ourselves.

The will to dominate filtered into the will to succeed or achieve greatness. Society and women played and depend apon that drive for so long that it became ingrained in men that the only way to satiate that desire is to be a utility. Therefore in proxy the key to man’s self worth or happiness was through ability to serve and protect. I still struggle with the urges to protect and provide for women to this day. The protection instinct in men has also been funneled into things like holding doors open or holding back a rather sharp retort you would never have held back for a man.

We are waking up as men and saying no but is it too late?
So I ask are we as mgtow and men coming close to the end of this society with the rise of mgtow or are we birthing the beginning of a monstrosity? only time will tell.

I believe our society has changed, and the people have changed with it. Freedoms that were once taken for granted in this country have been stripped away and with them, the desire to serve something greater than ourselves. As the economies of nations fall closer to collapse the attitude of every man and woman for themselves is permeating the fabric of social order.
