Stop straw manning. Nobody ever stated self defense is white knighting. You keep conflating defending women with self defense.

I don’t like making the accusation, but start nutting up before everyone thinks you’re a woman. This is really getting ridiculous at this point. You act hysterical and keep demanding men defend you.

The problem with liberals isn’t necessary the social policies, some of which are decent enough ideas. It’s that their idea of any program is to have the government write a blank check to one of their buddies, thereby driving the price of said service/product through the roof for everyone. Pretty much every liberal policy works on some variation of that. They usually scream racism or sexism or some other nonsense to push it through, but it’s always some way to exploit government and taxpayer resources in order to enrich themselves.

Its not that I think I’d be running off to some libertarian utopia somewhere…its that I won’t be working anymore and I’ll be paying a fraction of the taxes. If I’m living off 30k a year in investment income here in the states, I’m not exactly living it up…if I’m living off 30k a year in a country where 20k a year is an upper middle class income I’d have a much higher standard of living and would be able to budget quite a bit more money for entertainment.

Of course its a balancing act…I don’t have exact figures in my head…but I only plan on working until I have “enough.” If the government wants to raise taxes and give me “free” s~~~ it just means I hit my “enough” number earlier and its reinforced by working being less rewarding. Example…50k a year in investment income might be my threshold as things are right now…but that number would drop significantly if my healthcare was paid for by someone other than myself…which is why these systems p~~~ me off. Nobody should have to subsidize my healthcare so I can retire in my 30s…but you better believe if such a system is in place I’ll use it because if I don’t the alternative is I have to subsidize other people I’d rather not be subsidizing. I’d rather bend someone else over than willingly bend myself over.
