The Battle for 2018

In an earlier thread, I posted this quote.

While I’m not a believer in New Year Resolutions, maybe I’ll make an exception now.

War with my vices is important. I would say my vices are ordered thusly: Sugar, sloth, carbs, and Copenhagen.

I intend to do battle with them all. Sloth is really a result of blue-pilling in my recent past. I kinda gave up on myself in too many ways. I’m f~~~ing done with that now. Somehow.(Recall that I’m still married with four daughters.)

I’m taking back my place. My sovereignty. I’m not going to punish my body anymore for the stresses at home.

Next: I see peace with my neighbors more along the lines of NFG. I don’t have a problem with the men in my life. I know when to go to war. It is the women in THEIR lives that often lead to dissonance. Women = NFG.

Finally: Be a better man. This definition is changing for me as I find for myself what that means. This site is helping me with this massive task.

If you Knock out sloth, at least on the physical plane of existence, then Carbs and Sugar will be knocked out at the same time.

I have seen that happen the last two weeks.
Went away from the “PC+Chips+Cola” combo, and f~~~ me… things change, though the hands hurt from doing that.

Ha! My neighbors just moved away. Too bad as they were very quiet and private. Wonder what we’ll get next.
