I just searched for “Beard” and got 1 result.(on a mans site)
I did this so as not to start a repost on ground covered already.
Just one result,.( excellent result though).
I love beards (but dont have one,yea I see the contradiction). However I refuse to clean shave,I love the stubble.
How many of you guys think that beards are Manly (not in a female sense of manly).
I cant help feeling that the social norm of men shaving is almost like a kind of emasculation.Im thinking of Indian men with those long beards and Darwin etc.Darwin looks awesome with that beard.
Not saying men should have a beard but that beards are overall very much missing in todays world..Wish more men would grow beards.
Any of you guys sporting a beard.
I suspect feminists do not like beards either, its a hunch.I grew a beard, not a full beard but a goatee/mustache about 6 years ago. I never looked back. I will never, ever shave my beard. It is not Duck Dynasty long, but it is a nice length. Not too long and not too short. I will never get rid of it. I would not feel the same. I would not feel like me if I didn’t have this beard. It’s odd, isn’t it? That I would probably get really sad if I shaved my beard. That’s how important my beard is to me.
I think I would look too boring/ baby faced/ plain without a beard. I have a completely shaved head so maybe that has something to do with it.
Women are parasites. Each and every last one of them.
Beards are awesome!
Challenge given to my nephews, my bros.
/forums/topic/movember-is-here-soon/I once heard someone say ‘most women don’t like beards’. I’ve had fur on my face ever since. It’s also worth it to watch airport security (highly trained as they are) spend a few minutes trying to decide if I’m the same chap as the clean shaven face they see in my passport and then wave me through as if they’ve just performed some world class feat of perception.
edit – I think this site is awesome: http://www.beards.org/

I have never personally had beard but never thought much about them good or bad. It seems to me that all the hipsters with them leave a bad taste in my mouth. They were most likely raised by single moms and this is their way of displaying their perceived masculinity while having feminine mannerisms and wearing skinny jeans with flannel shirts purchased at The Gap. The old school biker/blue collar guys that have always had beards are obviously not grouped with these little sissy boys
I could only grow a beard if I glued a fur bearing mammal to my face.
I just have a “baby face”, all blood work came back as “great” not low on a damn thing. 50 yrs old and it takes me 3 days to get a 5 o’clock shadow….wtf? There was a time in my life when I gave a fuck. Now you have to pay ME for it

Anonymous3Stephen Hawking is infinitely more manly than any of these furry goofb~~~~, save for Darwin, he’s cool.
Seriously? Men with beard are more manly now? What’s next? That’s like saying if your dick is longer than whatever inches, you are more manly. Or if you’re taller than 6’0”, you are manly.
That’s just womanspeak, dude.
I grew a beard, not a full beard but a goatee/mustache about 6 years ago. I never looked back.
Same here, 5 years ago, grew the goatee. It’s a permanent thing now. It marks the time when I turned 40 and stopped caring what other people thought about me. My midlife “crisis” was actually a moment of clarity.

Swallow this RED PILL ===> Men will lay down their lives for their brothers, their women and their children. This makes Men useful as slaves. Women will lay down their lives for ONLY their children. To expect more from women is just a FANTASY created by society and reinforced by the unconditional love that we experienced from our Mothers. The key to freedom is the understanding that the woman you meet is not going to fantastically love you like your Mother did. If you buy into the fantasy, then she is your new master. If you do not buy into the fantasy, then she is nothing, and you retain your freedom.
I started with a mustache when I was a freshman in college. It turned into a full beard within a few years and the beard has stayed on my face ever since.
Some chick asked me how I keep it clean. For starters, I don’t drool my food.

I have never liked shaving, had a full beard at 16. A few years ago I decided to never take a razor to my own throat ever again. I get a few comments pro and con and just laugh. I was walking down a street one day and a little girl come running out shouting “Santa Santa”
I personally like being clean shaven, but that’s just me. I’ve tried growing a beard in the past and the bulk grows in fast, but the mustache is slow and I don’t have the patience to trim over and over until it all evens out.

That’s what happens when you tell men they can’t act like men without being slapped with a lawsuit or some other such nonsense, though: They resort to the visual identifiers because it’s all they have left. They don’t understand the principle of the internal state first.
I generally have a beard – I’m just too lazy to shave that much. Cleanliness is important, but grooming I can live without.
My avatar is pretty close to accurate. It’s not going anywhere and it’s not for hipster reasons. Another guy and I were the only two in my High School graduation that had beards and then I had to shave every day for 20 years. I am considering trimming it to get it to start growing again, but that goes against my zero maintenance approach. Just as an observation, every woman actually allowed in my life hates it but most woman I meet in the course of work comment positively. With the gray in mine it adds AT LEAST ten years to my visual age and without it I used to pass for mid thirties.
I failed to realize in my youth that I was the prize. I was going to work. I was going to earn. Little did I realize that due to feminism, that no longer meant I had to share. Road soon, Desert after.
I am growing again my beard, because I shaved it after I made a mistake when trimming it.
But, I will get it full beard again, for I really like my beard (with some white strands and I am only 27).
"Young was I once, I walked alone, and bewildered seemed in the way; then I found me another and rich I thought me, for man is the joy of man." Odin, Hàvamàl, stanza 47.
Since I’ve grown a full beard, I feel people take my word more seriously and I get questioned less.
.I’m all for shave head, mustache and short beard. Personal taste, I don’t ask anyone’s
opinion about how it looks. I like it and that’s enough for me.
