That’s because the adults were probably using them and forgot about their child. How can you forget a child one might ask??? These deaths are preventable.

Felony homicide convictions would certainly help. Think about the increase in vehicle occupants wearing seatbelts after local and national campaigns resulted in mandatory citations being issued.

My nephew recently survived totaling his truck because he was wearing his seatbelt and the vehicles airbags deployed after he plowed into a traffic sign while falling asleep.

I did not say that he was smart, only that he survived a preventable accident.
